We had a wonderful lunch- the portions are huge! Three of us shared a house salad and couldn't finish it! We also had a pineapple burger, steak sandwich and pulled chicken, all served with thick cut fries that were piping hot and tender. Our server was friendly and attentive without being intrusive- I'm sorry I can't recall her name. A great meal, we'll definitely be back!

This was a first-time experience for my boyfriend and me, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, I was struck by the beautiful décor and inviting atmosphere. The space felt warm, comfortable, and perfect for a night out. Initially, the hostess sat us at a table to the right along the wall. A moment later, another woman—who I believe was the manager—approached us and explained that we had been planned for a different table. She then moved us to a more secluded spot near the front window, where a small sandwich board greeted us with a handwritten “Happy Date Night!” message. It was such an adorable, thoughtful, and romantic touch. (When I made the reservation online, I had selected “Date Night” as the occasion, so it was wonderful to see that acknowledged.) Our waitress was equally delightful—warm, cheerful, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the Crispy Eggplant Tower appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. The presentation was whimsical and creative, setting a high bar for the rest of the meal. For our entrees, we both chose the Wok Seared Salmon Bowl. The presentation was unique: the rice looked as though it had been molded in a springform pan, with the salmon beautifully arranged on top. The portion size was generous, and I knew immediately I'd be taking some home. Since it was our first visit to Elli's, we couldn't resist trying dessert. I ordered the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake, while my boyfriend went for the Bread Pudding. I was pleasantly surprised to see the cheesecake was a perfectly reasonable portion—just the right amount of indulgence. The bread pudding, on the other hand, was enormous, topped with three scoops of ice cream and a decadent drizzle of caramel. Both desserts were incredibly delicious. Overall, everything we tried was outstanding, and the entire experience felt special from start to finish. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The food was really good. I got the spinach mozzarella tortellini off the specials menu. I ordered it with Alfredo sauce but got vodka sauce, which was fine. It was still really good. The only thing that I thought was weird is there was a ring camera in the bathroom right next to the toilet that I didn’t notice until after I was done using it. So you might want to unplug that before you use their bathroom.

From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptionally well-planned and executed, making my party completely stress-free and truly memorable. The decor was fantastic. The Ellis Backyard staff had clearly taken great care in setting up our reserved space. The ambiance they created was sophisticated and festive—just what I'd hoped for—and it provided a beautiful backdrop for all our photos. The food itself was great, and the real showstopper of the evening was the s'mores tray. It was an unexpected, fun, and utterly decadent dessert that had everyone happily toasting marshmallows at the table. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. Our dedicated hostess was a rockstar. She was incredibly attentive and available throughout the entire evening, anticipating our needs without being intrusive. Moreover, the coordination was an absolute breeze. All the planning beforehand was handled with ease and professionalism, which took a huge weight off my shoulders.
