The loud disco playing music made the dining experience a lot to be desired. There was no way you could converse during the meal. Then there must have been over 10 birthdays and the waiters came out with sparkling candles and even louder music. We had to ask the manager to lower the volume which worked for a little while.
It was truly distasteful.
There was no ambience.

Food superb as always. Thursday evening dinner 8:15 reservation. I share this because place turns into a club at night but I wasn't expecting this on a Thursday. Table was in room to left as you walk in and my family and I froze throughout entire dinner. It was actually uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all because of air blowing straight on our table. The noise level was extreme also. The restaurant is beautiful, food amazing, service outstanding but I couldn't get past the noise and cold tonight. Next time, I will go earlier in evening and not sit in that room again. I share my experience to help the other 55+ couples out there. If you are single and in your 30s you will probably love it.

Heard about this place, and finally made it there! So glad we did along with friends. Spicey pasta was great to share as appetizer along with pulpo and those luscious meatballs. Branzino was very nice as was tuna, bolognese pasta and spicy chicken with hot honey...we all enjoyed. Desserts were baked Alaska and chocolate cake...two of us had a perfect espresso martini to wind up the night. Very enjoyable service as well..we'll be back! Thank you Gabriella's.

We had a 6:45 reservation on a Friday evening, booked directly on their website for “Main Dining Room.” When we arrived, we were seated on the enclosed patio instead (a different ambience than we anticipated with Main Dining). When we asked about it, a manager came over and gave us a roundabout explanation that “seating is subjective” and suggested we call ahead next time.
The hostesses didn’t help the experience either. They were at the desk when we walked in but acted as if we were a burden just for being there—avoiding eye contact until finally acknowledging us. One even looked me up and down in a way that felt dismissive. It was especially odd since we had followed the dress code, while many other guests were in baseball hats, t-shirts, and sneakers. Overall, it gave the impression that unless you’re a 20-something influencer-type, you won’t be treated with much respect here.
Thankfully, our server and the rest of the staff who helped us were kind and professional. The food is absolutely outstanding—definitely five stars on that front. But as much as we enjoyed what was on our plates, we’d prefer to dine somewhere that makes all guests feel welcome, not just a select few.

It was my first time dining with them and it was a pleasant experience. Our waiter was attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere very inviting. I would definitely visit again soon!

Gabriella’s is an absolute gem! The table steak was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor—made even better by the perfect garlic sprinkle that elevated every bite. The spicy shrimp was another standout—succulent, boldly seasoned, and with just the right amount of heat to keep you coming back for more.

From the food to the atmosphere, everything was first-class. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Red Bank!

After placing our order, we waited an 1:45 minutes for appetizers, in our case, it was the spicy rigatoni. They were supposed to bring our pasta order before our steaks since the steaks do take a while to cook; however, all dishes arrived at the same time. No apologies. They also forgot our steak knives and we actually had to ask for them. Again, No apologies. The server (Noel) was extremely dismissive and MIA leaving us to depend on the bus boy to tend to us. To add to the aggravation, it was my birthday and while we did not offer this information, he made sure to ask others if they were having a celebration securing a dessert/candle with that. Additionally, Noel checked in regularly with other patrons next to us, on both sides of our table, yet failed to do so with us. Again, No apologies. His lack of professional service and indifference provoked this review. I would like to forewarn others who are celebrating something special to not go through what I went through on such special day. I would not risk it on special occasions, as I wouldn’t spend $$$$+ at a place where they purposely and blatantly dismiss you. After I walked out of the restaurant, my husband stayed behind paying for the bill explained the situation to waiter (Noel) and again, no apologies. Never again. It’s just not worth it. Horrible, terrible service.

The food is delicious - avocado salad , bang bang shrimp, and their Lychee cocktail are incredible!
The service is always very friendly. And the ambiance is calm - low lights, smaller tables to hear each other, and their little speak easy room is gorgeous

Had an amazing dinner at Gabriella’s Steakhouse in Red Bank! The food was on point—steak was perfectly cooked, super flavorful, and the bone marrow with it was insanely good. The crispy rice and garlic bread were also standouts—honestly everything we ordered hit the mark.

Big shoutout to Sonia, our server, she was super friendly, really on top of everything, and just made the whole experience that much better. You can tell she knows the menu and actually cares that you're having a good time.

Definitely recommend checking this place out, and if you can, ask for Sonia. She made our night even better!

Everything was just good enough, but I can't say the price matches for some reason. If it was 20% less expensive I would say it merits a 4.5+ star rating. What does match the price is the service though.
