My wife has been coming here since day one, and myself for the last eight years. Good Karma is an incredible NJ vegan staple. Everything here is terrific. Service is super friendly and atmosphere is cozy. Pro Tip: Order custom cakes! They’re delicious. Chocolate/peanut butter is our favorite!

Fantastic food and friendly staff. I went vegan and thought that everything was going to taste awful, but this place makes me forget I'm even eating vegan. Original recipes, fresh ingredients. Thank you!!

Stopped in to try their special for the day. A vegan version of the McRib. Yeh you read that right. The place is small. It’s right near main part of town but parking isn’t tough to find. I was getting mine to go but as many others have mentioned if you are dining in know it is very small inside. So this faux McRib how was it? Excellent. Did it taste like a McRib well no not really but I didn’t expect it to. It’s just an amazing vegan sandwich done in that BBQ style. And it’s awesome. All the ingredients were delicious and fresh. It came with some potato fries that were equally tasty. I also got a lemon cake square. Also delicious. Moist. Just so good. Now the total with tip was about $31 which is a lot. That’s to be expected at these types of places. I wish I could eat here regularly but it obviously is more of a once in awhile treat. But highly recommend ya treat yo’ self sometime!

Among the best vegan food that I have ever had. Worth the trip from Staten Island. This was our second time at this restaurant.

During my visit, I experience good customer service; an employee helps me navigate the Vegan options, and employees are kind, otherwise. The Pineapple Mango Tempeh option is very filling: this meal option comes with a lot of food! The coconut sauce and mango chutney offer the distinct flavors which may likely be reasons for the meal's name. The ingredients taste fresh though I find each bite most satisfying mixing together versus alone. I order black beans on the side to supplement the meal with more protein: I think the black beans might taste better in combination with another meal portion or so than alone; I recall the flavor of the black beans alone, like unsweet corn with no seasoning directly from a husk. I actually taste a bite of a Spicy Peanut Satay, meeting a friendly person, and I really like the spicy peanut sauce on the Seitan though the flavor of the Seitan bite alone makes me feel as though I'm eating an actual steak (Vegan style). The establishment takes different forms of payment. I like the artistry on the walls of the establishment. The establishment feels like a cozy space to hangout and with so much seemingly going on within the establishment that can keep people wanting to stick around, I feel like the establishment may need an extra room or so for more guests to just hangout.

We loved that everything's vegan here. The portions are more than generous. Friendly service. Will be back!

Some good some bad. Right off the bat, I thought the waiter wasnt the friendliest. Area was quite compact and everyone was touching shoulders inside which i didnt really like. LOVED the art on the wall really encapsulated the area well.Food:Loaded nachos- great but i wish they were warm like normal nachos. Got soggy really fast and everything was hidden under like the lettuce and beans- didnt love the way it was served but overall really tastyMac and cheese- awful did not taste like mac and cheese at all. Ive had good vegan mac and cheese before and this one was just not done wellSpinach and artichoke dip- really tasty but it says its served with garlic toast, thats a lie, Ours was just plain bread no garlic flavor and not toasted.I might return to try their other stuff but wasnt overly impressed as a vegan

I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed (except for the music they play -Kendrick Lamar, Drake, DJ Khaled, etc.). The food is delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is immaculate. Updated from previous review on 2022-07-02
