This place is the real deal when it comes to authentic Oaxacan Mexican food. It’s difficult to find a place that hand makes their tortillas, but this place actually Nixtamalizes theirs. The mole and menudo were fantastic. Definitely worth supporting and returning.
We will absolutely be eating here again! The guacamole was so fresh and the enchilada sauce was so flavorful. The steak burrito was also the best steak burrito we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try more menu items!
Went here today for the first time while visiting Two River Theatre. I cannot rave enough about their authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine. Having lived in SoCal for many years, I’m picky about Mexican food. This is traditional, homemade and excellent. And the staff is so incredibly warm and attentive. The restaurant is clean and charming. If you’re in the area, check them out!
