Pazzo is always great and we enjoyed our dinner thoroughly! My friend and I split the house salad (so good) and each of us ordered the lasagna which was delicious!

Came for dinner before a show at the Vogel. It's perfect for anything at the Basie or Vogel. Prompt and attebtive service, very good food, prices ok in today's restaurant world.

We sat at the bar area at a high-top table. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Cocktails and food were awesome. Would highly recommend Pazzo! Will definitely be returning!

Great options on the menu you won't see anywhere else. Everything was well prepared and fresh. Our waiter Dan was very knowledgeable and was on top of everything. We were not rushed. Highly recommend this if you're in the area.

I had dinner with the family for Easter service was on point. The food was delicious. They give you an enormous amount of food. I had the Gnocchi and I asked them to substitute the pesto sauce for a marinara and they had no problem with doing that. This is one of my favorite restaurants and I'll be back soon.

Salad was mostly spring mix. Nothing like the description on menu. Chilean Seabass had a head, tail, and bones thru out the fish. Very disappointed

Updated 2/26/25. Owner noted that only order of Caprese that had issue after checking out with kitchen etc. So I do believe anomaly but certainly there was an issue with my order. Owner did offer to provide replacement anytime. Will pass as to return to get makes no sense for isolated item. This raised my food rating from 2 to 4. However the indignant attitude in inquiring about 1/2 price Mondays and his reaction is inexcusable. That is why I gave money back and thus retain two star rating. ORIGINAL REVIEW: as to take out order, pasta fagioli soup was good, and two pizzas good as well as the eggplant appetizer. However the caprese salad the cheese appeared rancid and was thrown out. as to their policy of 1/2 price on Mondays some patrons cannot come in due to illness. I brought this to manager's attention and after chastising me that he did not like how I brought to his attention he attempted to refund. Given his indignation, I returned the refund and deposited it in the tip container at entry. He apparently needs the money more than I do. His attitude has much to be desired and coupled with the inedible caprese salad thus the two rating. thank you for letting me share. Apparently after posting the owner notes my recollection is inaccurate. I can assure all reading it is accurate. He was aware that I was going to return his half hearted refund as I told him that I would not accept his charity because of his attitude. As I paid cash I simply put in his counter in tip bowl. Also suggest owner refrain from using the disparaging word “threatened”. Owner can always contact me as he has my phone number. Those reading know the truth.

A group of friends and I went to Pazzo to celebrate a birthday. We decided to split a few pies as appetizers along with our meal. The pizza was delicious. It was nice and crispy and has a ton of flavor. My meal I was slightly disappointed in. The Penne vodka I felt lacked enough sauce which then I couldn’t use when eating the chicken cutlet. Overall it was a good time, and our waiter was excellent.

We have been to Pozzo many times and always had a relatively good experience besides last night. Our waiter Brian was clearly new which is fine, however there were many instances that did not sit right with me. He seemed to only address the one man at our table and myself and the other women were just an after thought. He tried to upsell us on absolutely everything to the point where it was becoming comical. There was no price disclosure on any of the substitutions either , so we were in for a surprise when the bill arrived. While I understand it is part of their job to upsell, you want to feel like you are at a fine dining establishment and not a fast food chain. Overall our food was fine, but the service left much to be desired.

Food was great. Service was pretty slow especially considering it was only us and 1 other table there at the time. Waiter gave me meatball sub instead of the eggplant I ordered (maybe should write down orders in the future). When he brought the eggplant out pretty sure they used the same bread from the meatball sandwich, could still taste the meaty sauce on it. The dessert was excellent, also the bread they serve for the table. Will for sure go back, but not looking forward to dealing with the parking garage again.

Bar tenders were great. We ordered cear salad for table with a piece of salmon and I asked for angovies, medium sized salad 40.00 salmon 13.00 anchovies 8.00. There was not enough for the table. I asked for my flank steak extra well done, it came out med rare. I sent it back meat was burnt and rubbery, sides were cold. I asked for it to be taken off the bill. My friend said I'll take it for my dog. When I reminded waiter to take it off the bill. He said" I have to take it out of the bag". Owner came over to apologize as we were getting ready to leave. He did ask if we wanted a drink or desert. He then brought the doggy bag back.
I have eaten here 10 times. This was my last.
Owner tried to his credit.
