It's always a pleasure dining at The Pearl! The setting on the river, as well as the wonderful staff and delicious menu, keeps me going back on a regular basis!
Lovely dinner. Natalie our server was great! We had two children with us and she went out of her way to accommodated them. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Very enjoyable experience.
The Atmosphere here is Always pleasant & during the day the view is gorgeous - maybe it was just busy (we were there for lunch) - tis the season - the service was slow & food mediocre....

Went here dec.24 2025 to celebrate wedding and 30 year engagement 💍. What a disappointment. Staff was lackluster food not great the staff did not ask how our dinner was. Never mentioned about our celebration absolutely nothing. All glitter no substance too bad.

Nikki our waitress was outstanding. Food was very good but I did get the swordfish I found to be very fishy so I got something else. Espresso martini one of the best I ever had. Beet birrata salad amazing. Beautiful view... just not a real cozy atmosphere but wiill go back.
Excellent service and wonderful food! We went for Christmas brunch and everything was spot on
Breakfast buffet was a surprise because it wasn't mentioned while making the reservation.buffet truly mid with all the standards and nothing feeling special or delicious but just ok. Mimosas & coffee included but we didn't enjoy either and the room felt like a cafeteria on Christmas morning. The Christmas decor in the hotel is pretty and feels homey and peter & Nikki did their best to make everyone feel welcome and provide good service but overall very eh. Thank you for being open on Christmas and I think if the experience was stepped up it could be a special tradition for those wanting to celebrate Christmas morning with a brunch outside the home or for those traveling during the holidays.
The setting is beautiful overlooking the water, our waiter was fantastic and food was good especially for the fixed price lunch....my only criticism would be the ambiance of the room for the Holidays. There was one Christmas tree in our room, with a Poinsettia plant (which was dropping leaves and looked very thirsty) on either side of it! There were many obvious Christmas parties going on....just think they could have tried harder!
Although we had a very lovely waitress, it seemed that it took too long to get our food. The soup was warm; not hot. Same with the main course. Otherwise it was a very pleasing experience and I would definitely go back.
Beautiful view of the river from the dining room. We had breakfast. Several people had the chorizo skillet and thought it was very good. Pancakes were meh. First round of coffee was lukewarm but the refills were hot. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices are a tad high but it's a hotel restaurant so about what you expect (the only item that jumped out at me as excessive was the pork roll breakfast sandwich at $15).

Price fixe for lunch is amazing! Bring your appetite! Wish I could give ten stars instead of just five to our server, Bridget. She was delightful!
Lovely place to enjoy lunch with friends. We were not rushed and it was quiet until the drunks arrived at the bar. One problem was the coleslaw was bad and could not be eaten and we were not offered a substitute. Overall we enjoyed our lunch.
Hosted a meeting here, service was fantastic. Views of the water were fantastic. Lobster roll was great; one of the better ones I have had in Jersey.

My partner & I had dinner on a Saturday night and it was an excellent experience! The ambience of the restaurant was lovely- clean, attractive & a great view of the Navesink River at night. We made a reservation, arrived early, had a drink at the bar & were seated at our reservation time. Our server was attentive, courteous & our food was delicious and served with a lovely presentation. Delicious food, upscale vibe at the restaurant. Very romantic restaurant and a perfect night. There was a birthday party going on in the larger dining room & we were outside on the screened in porch & barely heard it.
Natalie was our server, attentive and friendly. A very enjoyable experience with good food and a beautiful atmosphere where we were able to converse and be heard and talk comfortably. Thank you Oyster Pt. A lovely setting on the gorgeous Navesink River!
