I placed an order tonight on DoorDash and it was confirmed at 8:35pm. A dasher went to the store to get my order by 8:40. The person turned him away and cancelled my order with 25 minutes left before they close.
I was told that their protocol is to not accept orders after 8:30. Due to Dashers not coming in time. Never mind the fact that he was there and talking to her. They still canceled the order.

Very rude staff. Wrote a review on our experience there last night on Google. I never like writing bad reviews but finally had to because this is a common occurrence each time we go in there. I live in town and love acai bowls but come on…fix this problem already. 👎👎👎
Ordered through door dash. My daughter has celiac disease and ordered the gluten free granola. Door dash left the order as they always do. We are the playa bowls and when throwing out the bag we noticed the receipt on the bottom of the bag. I removed the receipt to see a hand written note on the bottom.
