Terrible location. Salad House is my favorite salad place and the Toms River location is the best! This was my first time trying the Red Bank location and I was in shock on how bad it was. The chicken was completely hard and tasted nothing like the other locations I’ve had it at. The Bowl wasn’t even filled to the top and I paid for extra chicken and it sure was not extra chicken. Not to mention it was legit the worst customer service ever. The lady at the front was extremely rude for no reason at all. We asked for an extra dressing and she went crazy on us and basically threw it on the counter. I could not believe how bad this location is. NEVER AGAIN will I be going to this location. Food quality was terrible and Service was even worse.

Ordered off UberEats; Chipotle Chx Spinach Wrap. Restaurant seemed to have good reviews so thought I would give it a try, extremely disappointed. The chicken was so dry it had the texture of jerky. Additionally, the rice was hard, and not soft. To be honest, it felt like I was eating a wrap full of ingredients that were just sitting around the whole day and they threw it all together into a wrap. A simple taste of the ingredients prior to serving would've avoided this disaster. Traveling for business and thankfully will not be eating here again.

The Russian Roulette of salad! If you like surprises, this is the place for you. Call me Charlie Brown but I kept thinking they were going to get it right at least one of these times and yet they haven’t. Either the ingredients are wrong or they’re missing or they added something that you didn’t order or they gave you a completely different salad than what you ordered. I kid you not, they actually forgot the lettuce in one of my salads once. yes the lettuce. I’m wondering why they didn’t notice that the container was only quarter filled with those little five extra ingredients that come with your salad. Quality control is not their forte.Pros – they are very good at saying they’re sorry. They seem to have had a lot of practice.Cons- they are very bad at fulfilling an online order no matter how simple.

Mystery food!?!?!?!?!?!?If you like surprises this is the place for you. I have just ordered for the very last time. Every single time, not once or twice, but every single time there's either an ingredient(s) missing or changes of ingredients or something you didn't order added to it. Tonight I added shrimp to my salad and it was so spicy that my mouth is still on fire 15 minutes after tasting the first piece. The manager says they may have used too much Tabasco. I wasn't aware that Tabasco was an ingredient in grilled shrimp...?? One time I ordered a salad and they literally forgot to put the lettuce in, no joke. What they are very good at at Salad House is apologizing. What they are very bad at at Salad House is fulfilling an online order. So if you have a few extra dollars to burn and are feeling adventurous go for it. Otherwise order somewhere else.

A disgusting woman is working up front at the Red Bank location. On September 18th at around 6:15pm, I went into the location to pick up an order as I sometimes do for Uber eats. When I walked in, I asked the woman at the counter for the order by customer name. She turned around with the bag of food and just stared at me without handing me the bag. With a gross attitude, her exact words were “are you not going to show me your phone?” . My response was, “Oh, I have to show my phone? I don’t usually.” To that she responded, “no, you have to show your phone here” and then rolled her eyes in *disgust. I showed her the name on the order and as I walk away she yelled across the restaurant, “Do your job”. In which I replied, “don’t be rude”. This is not the experience any delivery person or customer should have to deal with when picking up. There is obviously no training in customer service for the hiring process because she clearly doesn’t know how to ask nicely. If seeing the order name is ever required, restaurant hostesses ask POLITELY, “ May I see the name on your phone?”. This woman is absolutely disgusting in how she conducts herself by trying to embarrass me in front of people eating. You should be ashamed for employing someone who acts like this. I will NEVER eat at this establishment in my life! And judging by previous reviews I have seen, this location has been reported before for ugly behavior but the same people are still employed. I don’t care if she is a manager, she needs to be terminated immediately. I called an hour later asking for a corporate number or email and the woman on the phone (who I believe to be the same woman from my encounter) says there is no corporate at all so I am leaving my review anywhere people can see so someone hire up sees it. Do better!

Unpleasant customer service and a Caesar wrap as dry as the Sahara. It is impossible to get a hold of the store through the phone because the phones don’t work. The lady that I was finally able to contact after 5 tries over the phone was very rude. I tried to add something to the order but it was forgotten after all that effort of trying to contact them. It was handled with a sarcastic apology and no solution.
