Had dinner at Semolina this past Wednesday with my son. Although most of the tables were filled the noise level was low which made for easy conversation. We both had the squash blossom appetizer which was delicate and delicious. We then shared the spaghetti with crab which was rich with flavor and the fresh pasta was cooked to perfection and also shared the pork chop which was truly the most tender either of us had ever had. At Semolina,the farm to table cuisine is always spot on! A very special place!

This was our first time at Semolina and it was definitely an enjoyable experience. Our server - wish I could remember her name was very personable and professional. Service was on point. We started with the Squash blossoms/ excellent and a delicious tuna tartare My wife and I shared the exceptional pork chop and the tuna which I enjoyed more than she did. One of our sons loved his spicy pasta dish while my otber son was underwhelmed by the corn angliotti. L
