Pork Chop was bomb. Our server was the sweetest (Janice). Menu was on the smaller side, but everything was 9/10 or better. BYO, which is also a plus. Not loud either, great vibe.

As always, we had a wonderful dinner at Semolina. Karen has been our server multiple times and we know we will always be well taken care of. The pork chop continues to be the stand out though everything was delicious.

The meal was fantastic as it always is! I brought two friends who were in from out of town and they absolutely loved it! We had a fantastic server, Janice and that rounds out two servers that we've had that we love with Karen being the other. As much as I loved this summer menu this fall/winter menu is just as delicious. The bread is always amazing and in this case, we had the tuna and the pork chops and they were awesome. And then we also had the Agnoleti pasta, and the octopus, divine. And we topped the whole thing off with the Pot de Crème! Yum yum yum.

We had to wait for our table but then we seemed to be rushed. As soon as we were done with our pasta appetizers, before the plates were removed, they bought out the entrees. The meal was on the table before the silverware was put on the table. Used to love this place but the last two visits lacked their prior excellence.

Absolutely the BEST Northern Italian restaurant in the area! Food was flavorful without being overwhelming. Dishes were creative and delicious - fig with beets and cashew hummus was amazing; pairing sashimi tuna with watermelon was perfect. Service was excellent - Janice was so hospitable and tended to our every need. We will definitely return often!

Semolina is a true gem in Red Bank. The cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and fresh, seasonal farm-to-table menu make every visit special. The house-made pastas are outstanding — the corn and agnolotti and pork chops are must-tries. Always inventive, always delicious. Perfect spot.

The food and service were excellent! If asked, I would suggest a different dressing on the peach salad croutons----way too much vinegar. The very competent, personable server's recommendations were right on the mark. The agnolotti were delicious as was the halibut and bucatini! The pasta dishes were very creative with wonderfully different combinations of flavors. Most enjoyable. The place is not a particularly attractive space and too noisy for my taste, but the superb food will keep me coming back!

Semolina was outstanding. Had a great dinner with personable staff and delicious food. It is a byob which we didn't realize but there is a wine store close by. Highly recommend the pork chop! I would definitely recommend and will return when in the area again.

Food & service are phenomenal. Most restaurants have given up on being creative and taking real pride in their product, but that works to the advantage of Semolina because you can see and taste the passion from the menu to the plate delivered to your table!
