I recently dined at Spice Thai Bistro in Red Bank, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.
To start, the service was notably unprofessional. Our waiter seemed distracted throughout the meal—he had one AirPod in the entire time, which likely contributed to several communication issues. For example, we asked for four cups of water, but only three were brought to the table, and even that required a reminder. It was clear he wasn’t fully paying attention,...

Nice little place in Red Bank for Thai food. Good service, and my order came very quickly. Nice people and I enjoyed our conversation. I ordered the Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) with Calimari and Spring Rolls. Not knowing how spicy their dishes are, I asked for medium hot and was a bit disappointed it was not spicy enough. Good flavor, but it could have been quite a bit hotter.
