This is the worst starbucks in the Red Bank area. Whether is from Door Dash or in person, my order is consistently wrong. When my order is correct, it always feels as if I’m getting far less than what I’ve paid for. I recently came into the store to order two venti matcha lattes with cold foam. When I received my drinks, I noticed that the barista had given me two grande’s instead of the Venti’s that I paid for. When I explained to her that my drinks should be venti sized, she grabbed both drinks out of my hands, threw them in the garbage, and created two grande sized drinks (again) and poured them both into a venti cup. When I showered her my order (again) and said that they were simply venti sized drinks and not a grande, she threw out the drinks (again), remade both drinks in a venti size (finally), and said slid both drinks at me from across the counter.
Simply put, if you want to go to a better Starbucks with better customer service, that won’t skimp or undersized your drinks, AND has a drive-thru, go to the Starbucks in Eatontown or the Starbucks within the Target at Eatontown.
I’m a former Starbucks store manager form the New York area, and this is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

I ordered two items a cookie and a Venti drink would cost me $10 and after waiting for almost half an hour I still never got her food and as I complained, they claimed that I didn’t pay and if I want the drink, that I already paid for, that I should buy it again. My friend also bought their largest drink, a venti, and she got a medium, a grande. The workers were stubborn and completely against giving us our food or even an apology. This starbucks is has horrible service, unreliable ordering, and workers who are extremely difficult towards paying customers.

Great coffee, friendly staff, and a clean, relaxing atmosphere. My drink was made perfectly, and service was quick. Always a reliable stop!

Rude employees. Sat and waited for ten minutes and I am the ONLY person in the store. Had to ask for my drink to be made… cmon Starbucks.

This is more of a review for management at this location because they openly fired someone, loudly and unprofessionally in front of customers. This should have been done in the back area and not in the customer seating area. No idea the reason for firing - but it was done in a very unprofessional way. I brought it up to the barista (who was not involved) before I left and they apologized. But just know everyone can hear, especially when your voice is already VERY loud. Again, my experience with the baristas and my drink were perfect, I just didn’t like management.

Hello, I always go for my coffee, today unfortunately they couldn't give me my coffee, because they didn't have change for a $50 bill and I have two friends who had the same thing happen to them, I'm very sad because I couldn't take my coffee

I am a regular customer. But today I received this on my cup. I have an autistic 2 year old and sometimes am unable to know if I will be able to go in or not. So this is unnecessary. Please can you educate me on the reason it matters on where I pick up my coffee either in the drive through or I store? I just really didn’t appreciate this passive aggressive sticker as you never know what someone is going through. Does it really negative the impact your day if I don’t select the “ correct” location to pick up my coffee?

Been a regular customer for far longer than I care to admit. Friendly, prompt service. Good location. Nice interior (although it’s very cold in the summer). Unfortunately, WiFi is currently not working (at least for me) so I’ve gone to Middletown Starbucks last two days.
