Rude employees. Sat and waited for ten minutes and I am the ONLY person in the store. Had to ask for my drink to be made… cmon Starbucks.

This is more of a review for management at this location because they openly fired someone, loudly and unprofessionally in front of customers. This should have been done in the back area and not in the customer seating area. No idea the reason for firing - but it was done in a very unprofessional way. I brought it up to the barista (who was not involved) before I left and they apologized. But just know everyone can hear, especially when your voice is already VERY loud. Again, my experience with the baristas and my drink were perfect, I just didn’t like management.

Hello, I always go for my coffee, today unfortunately they couldn't give me my coffee, because they didn't have change for a $50 bill and I have two friends who had the same thing happen to them, I'm very sad because I couldn't take my coffee
We drive all the way to redbank to go to this Starbucks.Because the staff always has a smile, unlike other starbucks that we visit.

I am a regular customer. But today I received this on my cup. I have an autistic 2 year old and sometimes am unable to know if I will be able to go in or not. So this is unnecessary. Please can you educate me on the reason it matters on where I pick up my coffee either in the drive through or I store? I just really didn’t appreciate this passive aggressive sticker as you never know what someone is going through. Does it really negative the impact your day if I don’t select the “ correct” location to pick up my coffee?

Been a regular customer for far longer than I care to admit. Friendly, prompt service. Good location. Nice interior (although it’s very cold in the summer). Unfortunately, WiFi is currently not working (at least for me) so I’ve gone to Middletown Starbucks last two days.

Hey, so I live in Redbank and I go to Starbucks a lot. Today, I finally downloaded the app to get a free coffee. When I went to get a refill, the guy working at 4:30 PM was so rude. He was talking nasty and then he said to his coworker (loud enough for everyone to hear) that he didn't want to be there. I didn't say anything, but my girlfriend was furious. I told her to calm down. It's just one employee, but he can really bring down the morale of the whole business. I know what it's like to have employees, I have 50 of them. The owner really needs to have a team meeting ASAP.

The clerk's service attitude is extremely poor, and then I have been here for a long time.Then I was there. I greeted him the first time. He felt that he was busy and ignored me.Again and again, you can only wait there, but you can't watch me here.

My husband drives to your location even though we have a Starbucks near our home in Shrewsbury . Thank you for always doing a great service . The manager much take care of staff because the service is phenomenal compared to the one near me in Shrewsbury . Thank you again!!!

I bought 12 drinks and had my name called I went to the counter were my coffee was and apparently it was thw mobile side . So I asked why my coffee wa not super hit, girl with red hair started going back and forth as to why I would touch the mobile coffee. I told her that those are the sides where the mobile coffee are. She didn’t got loud and told me that I should’ve read the sign, and I told her I ordered so many coffees that I wasn’t reading the sign. She didn’t start to go back-and-forth and started raising her voice and going back-and-forth as to why I would touch it while wouldn’t just went on for several seconds, where she got super loud and told me if I didn’t like it, but I can go because there are several other coffee shops in the area. Everybody else in here was super professional, but this girl had everybody in the entire store, looking at the back-and-forth conversation and her raising her voice. I’ve been going here for such a long time and her attitude was absolutely disgusting. She should’ve been reprimanded. Don’t know who she is, but she should’ve been not raising her voice after spending the amount of money that was spent in the Starbucks. .
