I worked with Adam (Cinnamon Snail) to cater my wedding for 110 people - cocktail hour, dinner, dessert and Sunday brunch. I didn't think it would be possible to have an entirely vegan wedding, with actually delicious food, until I found Adam. The quality and complexity of his food completely exceeded my expectations - it is SOO yummy! And I am a total snob when it comes to good vegan food.
Working with Adam to craft our menu was an absolute dream. He was the only vendor I worked with for our wedding that I didn't have to second guess or worry about. He was incredibly timely, organized, helpful, kind and he really cared about making our day special. His staff was excellent and our venue said they left the place the cleanest they have ever seen. I'm already trying to come up with a reason to have another event just so I can work with Adam and eat his food again!
The best food you or I or anyone else in the world has ever had.
Best food truck!
I miss the nyc days but have gone to Red Bank NJ this summer and wow, blown away.
CS helped cater deserts for parties to lunches in Penn Station to thanksgiving pick ups.
So glad Adam came back and is feeding us all the yummy vegan food. The asian theme foods were filled with fire/taste.
I will say things seem more creative in the 2024 version.
Thanks for all the years of THE BEST food ever.
We will return and highly recommended.
Best food I’ve ever eaten. Dave is used to eating spider eggs out of an old clown costume’s pockets, so his palate is way more refined that the avg New Yorker.
Chef Sobel one read my order back to me as a string of budget action movie characters and particle physics terminology, and when it came out it was exactly what I wanted.
Decent pastries but sandwiches are all spice and no flavor. I can imagine if your taste buds are already desensitized to most flavors you might like them.
didn't recommand it at all
got the opportunity to experience the cinnamon snail for the first time in years last night and it was fantastic! Sure, there was a wait. But if anyone remembered the food truck or the spot by MSG — there was always a wait! My family and I raved about the food and were so happy to relive the experience.Thank you to Adam and everyone who worked on creating a great event!
The Cinnamon Snail, in it’s current form as pop ups, or the absolute OG it is, deserves nothing less than five stars. The food, the people, the vibes, it’s all perfect. We miss the food truck at the farmers market and your location at The Pennsy, but that’s not anything an Intergalactic Megastallion can’t candle! 10/10. Legendary.
Preorder at one of the pop up events, waited 2 hours and had to leave without the meal I preordered 2 weeks ago. Disappointing experience will likely not seek out his other restaurants due to the poor quality and organization of a preorder event.Left at 9:07 pm, arrived around 7:15 pm. Event was 7-9 pm
Anything Adam Sobel cooks is absolutely delicious- it’s always worth tracking down his food truck & waiting in line for a taste of pure inspiration!
