Great spot for a casual meal before a concert at Count Basie. Also, very accommodating as we were running very late in bumper-to-bumper traffic on the Garden State. We called to let them know and they were very gracious and held our table for us. Much appreciated.
We had a very enjoyable time at The Robinson Alehouse. We started at the bar for cocktails and some nachos. The drinks were delicious and the nachos are very tasty. Later moved to the dining room where we ordered an array of appetizers for dinner. Although the bar was packed, the bartenders were super attentive. Our waiter was excellent as well, and the staff in general was very pleasant and upbeat. It's a great pub atmosphere with great pub food, which was exactly the experience...
Ordered burgers which were very good. One complaint, if you want fries instead of the chips that come with it, it's an extra $3.50, not too bad, however, there was about 25 fries in the basket. Pretty small serving for the $3.50 Service was excellent!
