Was excited to try Toki since I happened to be in the area for an event.Tried it for the first time yesterday - I hate to say it but this is the most unappetizing Japanese food I’ve ever eaten.This was like ordering Sarku Japan, somehow worse ? Cause I paid almost $40 for my food.Ordered the chicken Katsu which was crispy but very dry and unseasoned. The tonkatsu sauce was salty & vinegary.Came with plain white rice and miso soup that tasted like water aka flavorless. My white rice had two small pieces of paper in them.Over all did not taste like authentic Japanese cuisine.Very disappointing.

Stopped by randomly for lunch. Service was good and the place is huge which helped because we had a giant stroller with us.The Yaki Udon was delicious.

Amazing food, ambiance, and service. The sushi and chicken katsu were wonderful. The fish was very fresh. You get a good serving as well for what you pay. Definitely recommend!

I personally used to love this restaurant. My coworkers and I order from here quite frequently but, unfortunately last Friday 6/2/23 will be our last time ordering from this restaurant because I found a worm in my broccoli when I ordered my salmon bento box.
