Dinner here tonight. Toki is located in downtown red bank. Great location. Staff were nice and accommodating. Interesting roll selection and quite extensive menu. Food - very good. Rolls were fresh and very tasty. Wonderful presentation as well. Miso soup was very tasty. Would recommend and will be coming back.

What's not to love?? I came in to order some take out sushi and left about 10 minutes later with a great little meal. Salmon avocado & seeweed salad were both *chef's kiss* delicious, big portions, not too much rice, fresh... all the things you'd want to hear from a restaurant. I didn't try too much on this trip, but can safely say I'll want to come back. I of course took a peak around and it looked like a cozy spot for dinner as well. And you can't beat this perfect location right on Broad St! An easy walk to after dinner ice cream. Enjoy!

Was excited to try Toki since I happened to be in the area for an event.Tried it for the first time yesterday - I hate to say it but this is the most unappetizing Japanese food I’ve ever eaten.This was like ordering Sarku Japan, somehow worse ? Cause I paid almost $40 for my food.Ordered the chicken Katsu which was crispy but very dry and unseasoned. The tonkatsu sauce was salty & vinegary.Came with plain white rice and miso soup that tasted like water aka flavorless. My white rice had two small pieces of paper in them.Over all did not taste like authentic Japanese cuisine.Very disappointing.

Stopped by randomly for lunch. Service was good and the place is huge which helped because we had a giant stroller with us.The Yaki Udon was delicious.
Amazing food, ambiance, and service. The sushi and chicken katsu were wonderful. The fish was very fresh. You get a good serving as well for what you pay. Definitely recommend!

Service I wasn't supposed to pick up food at Toki. When I arrived at what I thought I had ordered from, they said my order was not on their system. On top of that I got a flat tire. I called them telling them I was going to be late but the lady said they close at 3PM and reopen for dinner. I told them from the time I put on the spare, I won't be able to make it there before they close. The lady,possibly the owner, was nice enough to wait for me. I think I arrived around 3:15PM and greeted me with a smile. She even said hope everything works out with my car. Food Pink Lady was presented and packed neatly. And they didn't fall apart like some places do. And the Unagi Don, broiled eel on bed of rice, was very good too. They didn't have a strong fishy taste and it was presented very good as well. Sorry no pictures, I was hangry from the flat tire. Hope you have the same experience as I did without the flat tire. Stay safe!
