There was only one girl working with a long line. I was charged $12 for two scoops of ice cream when the board said $5+change and the ice cream was freezer burnt.There was trash all over and the trash cans were over flowing. I felt bad for the girl up until the point she went to the back and grabbed a co-worker.

The coffee and baked goods are all great, but someone needs to teach them how to cook bacon that's actually acceptable to serve people here. Other Dunkin's I've been at, nice crispy bacon. This one? The snacking bacon is always a soft, wet, soggy mess that's a chore to actually chew.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE A 0 I WOULD. Debra was super rude and nasty. Yelling and just so unprofessional. She then went to go get management I believe and Ali came and he also didn’t know what to do. I would assume him as management would know how the app works but had completely no idea and they both literally were just there constantly saying “I don’t know” and “I don’t know”. Wasn’t until I remembered at the previous DD that we had to make payment first in order for the offer to apply. I technically showed them how to do their job. I will NEVER be coming back here and I feel bad for anyone who comes here without knowing how rude their staff is.
