Excellent Carmel Ice coffee prepared by the night crew. :)
I like this place but I’m upset whenever they make ice coffee. They don’t know how to make it. The sugar they put in doesn’t resolve , even with the milk it tastes bitter. They add the sugar and after everything so when can the sugar desolve into the drink? So it’s like your drinking bitter coffee with small chunks of sugar that hasn’t been dissolved yet . This place needs to be taught how to make the ice coffee correctly.
I love the staff at main Street dunkin' donuts, Nico and the girls are great. Manager not so much and the place is always dirty. Other than that, my order is always ready when I call it in and they make it perfect every time.
