The coffee and baked goods are all great, but someone needs to teach them how to cook bacon that's actually acceptable to serve people here. Other Dunkin's I've been at, nice crispy bacon. This one? The snacking bacon is always a soft, wet, soggy mess that's a chore to actually chew.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE A 0 I WOULD. Debra was super rude and nasty. Yelling and just so unprofessional. She then went to go get management I believe and Ali came and he also didn’t know what to do. There was only one girl working with a long line. I was charged $12 for two scoops of ice cream when the board said $5+change and the ice cream was freezer burnt.There was trash all over and the trash cans were over flowing. I felt bad for the girl up until the point she went to the back and grabbed a co-worker.
