Had a wonderful experience at Sparta Taverna in Ridgefield Park. This is exactly the kind of Greek restaurant I love—casual, welcoming, and focused on hearty food that feels homemade. There’s a great variety on the menu, from gyros and souvlaki to moussaka, pastichio, spanakopita, seafood, and classic Greek appetizers.

Quaint and charming little place. Retro music brought back lots of great memories. Excellent coffee made by skilled batista. It's mostly take out which we didn't get until sitting at our table for a long time with no server to take our order. The omelets were slightly burnt but maybe that's a Turkish thing.
