I love Korean food and always try to visit new places. Our whole family loves soups, so I decided to try their black goat soup. I enjoy lamb, so I loved the flavor. The soup is rich, spicy, and hearty. It comes with rice and side dishes. I was a little uncomfortable with the server’s unfriendliness- no reaction to “thank you,” silently placing things on the table and walking away, not even the slightest smile. I wouldn’t call it rude, but it was certainly not welcoming....
I like rib meat than shoulder and they served without asking my preference- later, fixed it but they were very unpleasant. I had to convince them the meat without fat is tough and I came all the way for this.
The food is great; the black goat is a unique experience for the palate. The service however, can use some work. The old ladies aren’t the most pleasant people. I would still go again for the food.
