The owner is nice and after talking to him I think he puts effort into the ingredients that he uses. He mentioned the sauce is from a specific area.
The only thing that I REALLY want to stress is the hygiene. Someone already commented on this, but there is only one owner. Because of that, I've seen the owner touch money, touch phones, and go straight to making the pizza. Need gloves when making the pizza and washed hands.
I would give the food a 5, but hygiene is pretty big in my mind.

I’m really surprised of my experience here. I looked at the reviews and looked at the rating Which was 4.7. I honestly don’t know how it is that high. I’m sorry I understand you Have a business to run and make money, but this was terrible. As soon as you pull up, the building itself looks like you’re in a lower class area. I had to look through the front windows to even make sure it was a pizzeria. Only one person was working doing everything as far as the pizzas, the hot food, The payments, and answering phones. Doing all that and touching all that and touching the food not even washing hands I said whatever but if it was somebody else that’s disgusting. I work with a lot of construction workers and we look for places to eat and we recommend to each other So a coworker even saw my food/pictures And was disgusted. I got a sausage peppers and onions with no sauce but what I got looked like throw up from a dog. I scraped off all the stuff and tried to eat just the sausage on a roll that was wrenched with oil and whatever juices were on that other stuff. I eat half and threw the other half out and now I have a bad after taste. The pizza looked big in slices, but it wasn’t even that good either. I’m sorry. Again, I don’t know how everybody is putting all these high reviews. I am big on reviews and trust me. This is far from 4.7. I didn’t take a picture of my slice only the stuff that was supposed to be peppers and onions. I am italian and been around but have never seen this before. Sorry for this review, but everybody deserves to know good and bad reviews not only good.

I'm a truck driver delivering near by and decided to try this place out because it was close and I'm so glad I did, I got a slice, some manicotti and they threw in a chunk of their homemade bread. Everything tasted so good, the slice was amazing. Pepperoni, cheese and sauce tasted so fresh and flavorful, the home made bread is really good and the manicotti was really good, the pasta is the perfect al dente and the ingredients taste so good and fresh, I kinda wish I ordered a second slice or a whole pie to take with me on the road. If I'm ever in the area again will definitely be coming back. Great lil shop and the owner was a really nice guy and very courteous to me you can tell he loves what he does. Recommended.

i've been coming to ralph's for couple of years now and never really had an issue with anything but the last two times i have came i haven't had a pleasant time. i always go with a friend and we ordered the same amount of pizza (4 slices) and he ended up getting his in a box and the guy ended up giving me my 4 slices in a paper bag with plates and no napkins. My friend told me maybe it was because i am a african american (as a joke) and we laughed it off. Today i went again with the same friend, my friend ended up asking for blue cheese with his order, and it was given to him. When I asked for a blue cheese the white guy at the counter told me i had to pay extra. Not sure if it's because of my skin so i sat back down and just accepted it. NOT UNTIL I'm eating my pizza, i hear the SAME GUY give a white couple, complementary blue cheese with no charge. I'm not sure if it's a race thing but I never had a issue with ralph's and it's sad because i felt very unwelcomed now whenever i go.
