Stopped in for a stock ice cream cake. Wildly disappointed. $50 for a lopsided cake, not even centered on the cake board which was dirtied. Don't waste your money ridgewood dairy queen much better quality

While the actual ice cream is good - the actual shop is so dingy and not maintained - the seats and tables are falling apart and old and really need to be changed - the ice cream is pretty pricey also 3 kids cups of ice cream 24$

I would give Ben & Jerrys a 4 out of 4 because the ice cream was pretty good this was my 1st time going and I got Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and it was GREAT!!

My go to place for chocolate therapy! However, I’m disappointed tonight, drove about 25 mins to pick up hot fudge sundae only to bite on stale & bitter walnut toppings on my way home 😫 The guy at the counter couldn’t help replace but I’m pregnant and now angry 😏

Ordered delivery from the Ridgewood Ben & Jerrys , however when i received my order none of the cookie dough bags were labeled as I had order a Vegan option bag as well.
They put the “tamper proof” sticker on top of the shakes, but can’t put a simple sticker on a bag. Not to mention they stapled the straws to the bag.
This Ben & Jerrys needs to (didn’t think I would actually be saying this) re-train the staff on stickers , straws, and staplers.

The ice cream was melted.... That says it all... The gentleman serving me had cuts in his hand....$7.50 for two scoops...demrats love to fake American's out... I gave up Ben & Jerry's a long time ago... Now I know why....
They’ve definitely had better days, price increases not worth it and staff is not as friendly as they used to be. There’s better dessert options in town then coming here
