It is a smaller BYOB restaurant offering small plates and a few larger portion options. Limited vegetarian options with more seafood choices. Service was good and I rushed. I would stick to small plates.

The restaurant is nice but small and it is popular, so their time management doesn't work very well a specially for a bigger group of people. We had to wait for 30 min. But the food was good, solid 4 star on everything. Special dishes are nice just pay attention to the price.

Food was good, but I would not recommend the paella. The price was $72, which is generally the cost of paella, but it barely included a cup of rice. Additionally there wasn’t a lot of seafood so the price to value just wasn’t there. However, when I addressed that, they did give us another cup of rice which was nice.

Excellent food, service was great. Menu options span various types of entrees. Cafe 37 continues to be one of our favorite places.

Took a date to Cafe 37 and I was very impressed. Wait staff was attentive, menu was amazing, and a really nice cozy atmosphere. Loved the presentation of the meal and the value was exceptional. Going to put Cafe 37 in the rotation.

Butternut squash soup was delicious. Asian inspired rib entree was very good, tho perhaps a little salty for my taste. The accompanying sides were good. It seems the seafood was fresh and delicious. Service was spot on.

The food was excellent. Top notch. Appetizers were also very good and service was exceptional. We sat outside (which I would recommend if warm enough) and had a nice, quiet enjoyable dinner for two. The only negatives were: 1) lack of drink selection. The restaurant is BYOB which is okay but there were a lack of options outside of water, coffee or tea. No mocktails or other beverages for those that do not wish to carry a wine bottle through town to the restaurant. 2) credit card fee. This caught us by surprise and we thought it was tacky. I understand other restaurants in town have begun to do this, but I still think it is tacky without a way to circumvent the fee for those caught off guard (venmo, etc). If I knew up front, I probably would have brought cash with me. But otherwise, I highly recommend.

Love the speakeasy theme, side door, password entrance. Food was really good; all shareable plates. Service was spot on.

I love a speakeasy with a password & a BYOB. The decor was rich in colors and textures. There was something beautiful to look at on every wall! The menu was wonderful! There were so many good options, but we couldn't eat everything! We will have to come back and finish the menu. Our waiter was wonderful. We will be back!!!!

The outdoor dining was a very nice experience. Good service. The food was quite good. A bit pricey so a byob helps a bit.

Menu is varied and well executed. Service is prompt and courteous without hovering over the table. Seating is bistro style, so a little tight, but with just enough elbow room.

The food and service was wonderful! However, I feel that the lighting could have been softer as it is a fine dining restaurant

We had a great dinner at Cafe 37. The food was delicious and we loved the outdoor dining area, it was secluded and surrounded by plants.

My favorite Ridgewood restaurant. Service was excellent as was the scallop and fettuccine di mare entrees. Nice outdoor dining experience.
