This is our go to place for cookies, they are always warm, fresh, and delicious! The staff is incredible. Always friendly and ready to help. Suha was great when we stopped in. The confetti, s'mores, and cookies and cream are definitely worth a try!

Been going to this location since it first opened! The staff are always sweet, cookies are always warm & gooey, and the place is super clean! The merch is so cute too-I've gotten the blueberry plushee (great quality!) and italian rainbow candle (which smells exactly like the cookie and lasts a long time).I've had so many flavors since their menu rotates weekly like Vanilla Dulce Crumble, Nutella Sea Salt, Cannoli, Frootie Crunch and Lemon Berry (to name a few). My favorites I would recommend would definitely be Cherry Almond Pie, Blueberry Cheesecake, Italian Rainbow, Brookie, Smores, Chocolate Eclair, Pumpkin Spice Latte- I can go on!Would love if they could bring their matcha drinks back! I got it on their opening day and I could tell they used authentic matcha-the drink was incredible!
Worst cookies ever. They were raw and gave me tummy aches for days even the kids got stomach pain. Not recommend they have plenty good cookies in other places in town.

My plan was to try 3 or 4 different flavors on my first trip here.. I got there at the end of the night when they were closing tho.. they only had a few flavors left- Brookie, Nutella sea salt, red velvet cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, chocolate chip & banana cream.. I got strawberry shortcake & Nutella for myself.. dad got the chocolate chip & my BFF got banana cream , red velvet & Nutella .. Nutella one gets a solid 10.. strawberry shortcake gets a 6, was disappointed .. I think if I got it in morning or afternoon it would have been much better .. dad gave the choco chip a 10.. my friend didn't try them yet.. I'm goin back during the daytime hours to pick up more flavors to try

My daughter gets a coloring page each time and she LOVES it!! I love Chip City and I hope it sticks around. The employees are phenomenal I tip everyone because they are so happy and kind to everyone. It's always empty in here which scares me but the cookies are so delicious I don't know how it could be so empty. I try to support as much as I can with being health conscious but I hope more people support them. Maybe some more involvement in the communities and schools will boost sales. Get yourself out there and let people know you exist. Give free/sell cookies at fairs, schools and events.

We ended up here by chance and I'm so glad we did!! As soon as we walked in and were greeted by the most beautiful cookies we've ever seen! The store is bright, clean and very inviting. What made our experience even better was the amazing young lady working the counter. She was upbeat and knew her cookies!! Yes...we bought one of each. Yes...we started eating them in the parking lot!!! The cookies are THE BEST!! I'm glad we live 1/2 hour away!!! Update...the girls name was Lea!

Literally love this place. The vibes are great, the workers are so sweet, and the cookies are delicious. Crunchy on the corners, soft on the inside. The only issue I have is how expensive it is. I paid $8.50 for one cookie and a small cup of whole milk. Still, I love coming here!!!
