I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when upon entering this establishment. I haven't really had good experiences with trying new icecream places. But not only was this locations Dairy Queen clean the icecream was beyond my expectations 😋👍 I will post 2 pictures that I took while at the store. I ate a simple vanilla cone with Rainbow 🌈 sprinkles. My best friend and I loved it! We will definitely be back. Thank you for our great experience 👍

Huge lines and zero ability to manage orders or customers. The teenage workers there were doing their best, but there was not enough of them and there was no oversight. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT? Been in here a couple times and this is always the case. There is zero management of the location.

Hours of the store are 11-11 on Saturday and the main selling point of dairy queen is its bizzards. Point being that they told us they clean the bizzard machines out and turn them off at 10:30pm. If this is the case why aren't the store hours 11am-10:30pm on Saturdays... because it's disappointing that we arrive after 10:30 wanting bizzards and told it's already closed. For anyone who reads this come earlier because it's ridiculous that we drove and wasted our time when I could've gone elsewhere and actually got what I wanted.

Great location. BUT tiny portions compared to Montvale, Allendale, and Wyckoff locations. For the price, you’re better off at one of the others.

Ridgewood has a lot of ice cream but this is the first DQ. Located downtown by movie theater, it has nice amount of seating and a unisex bathroom. Well staffed. Unfortunately no parking lot per se, se be prepared to park on the street or a couple blocks away at Stop & Shop.
Beautiful Dairy Queen. I got a delicious pineapple malt. In the downtown area of Ridgewood. Come support your local Dairy Queen. Staff was very friendly.
