absolutely terrible service went for my birthday and the workers decided to clean up early.. an hour early.. and one of the girls working rolled her eyes in my face once i came in through the door. along with this she would not take our order and openly said no to her coworker when he asked her to. this is disgusting behavior.

Ridgewood has a lot of ice cream but this is the first DQ. Located downtown by movie theater, it has nice amount of seating and a unisex bathroom. Well staffed. Unfortunately no parking lot per se, se be prepared to park on the street or a couple blocks away at Stop & Shop.

When I went to pay was not informed there was a large surcharge on credit card purchase. Asked if I could pay by cash instead, and was told no. This was a child taking orders from people and not mature enough to to help make this a positive experience.
