I’m not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from. The servers were super friendly and attentive. We ordered from the dim sum menu, and the food was delicious! They spaced each dish out perfectly so they always came out hot and fresh, right when we were ready for the next one.

Service was nice and friendly. We came in for Dim Sum; food is very bad, shrimp dumpling wasn’t fresh, we can tell it’s frozen, shumai is so so, beef tripes are way too salty. The worst of all is the seafood fried roll, very oily, and they taste very bad, a strong old-oil smell and no flavor at all, it said seafood but barely see any seafood at all, just dough and oil; we took a bite and i can’t even swallow it. Price is expensive for the poor food quality. Very disappointed ☹️

Used to be way better back then (5 years ago), chicken with broccoli was the only thing decent but it was room warm, the rice wasn't fresh, the beef chow fun was way too salty (though size and flavor was alright) but the fried rice was disappointing, salty and bland. Barely any shrimp and tasted purely like salt. Not worth the money, hope they find a new chief

I recall going to this restaurant a little over five years ago and it was honestly pretty good. Since then, the food quality is quite literally abysmal. I have been to China and have had better dim sum left in trash cans in the least relevant provinces that are better than this. First I ordered the pan fried noodles with chicken and the quality of the chicken was so bad, that the only way it was edible was if we dipped it in the over seasoned, over oiled wonton soup that me and my girlfriend ordered. Not to mention that the wontons in the soup were hard as a rock and tasted god awful. Next was the soup dumplings which emitted an ominously sweet smell, unsurprisingly it tasted worse than any soup dumpling that I ever had. After that debacle we were served the steamed pork dumplings that were nearly inedible, with an absurd amount of dough that covered the minuscule amount of nasty pork filling within. While the waiters seemed somewhat attentive (we were the only table in the restaurant and were staring at us the whole meal), failed to notice we stopped eating 5 minutes after we got our full order served to us. They assumed that we wanted take out boxes and were quite cheerful and pleasant about the whole affair. That was until I left without giving a tip, to which they ran out of the restaurant and angrily confronted us for doing so. As we hastily paced along as far away as we possibly could on foot, we proceeded to throw away the left overs in the closest trash can. While I thought it would have been a better idea to give the food to someone less fortunate, I didn’t want to give them food poisoning and an unsavory taste in their mouth. I cannot stress enough how wildly awful this restaurant has become. After looking at new more recent reviews it is probably due to a change in chef and ownership. This place isn’t even a shadow of its former self, it is a unrequited ghost that clings on to the physical world. This place honestly needs to be checked by a health inspector.

If you'd want to come to a place for Chinese cuisine, I'd concider this more of a last resort. The food was good, but not what it used to be. They used the serve amazing food pre-pandemic, bit returning so many years later there's less of that upstanding quality and flavor this place used to have. They don't even bring around a dim-sum cart anymore, which dosen't seem right concidering the name of the restaurant.Otherwise, the food was average. Dim sum was still nice, even if they didn't bring the cart over. Their seafood tasted fine, but nothing seemed to have any outstanding or unique flavor. Their bean curd was quite filling and had decent flavor.Come here only if you're in the area, though maybe concider other options first. I'd want to see this place improve in the future, but I don't see it as the "Dynasty" it once was.

The best original Chinese food in the tri state area! Owner is at the restaurant and gives great service. Quality is always amazing . Will come again

Came here with my boyfriend and wish we had seen the negative reviews before going. I think the only good thing we ate was our soups. We ordered a house special lo mein and as we’re eating the chicken we realize it was spoiled chicken. We instantly called our waitress and she agreed that the chicken did not smell right. A restaurant should not be prepping and service spoiled food let alone spoiled poultry. The crab money meat bags were stone hard and hard to bite into. Overall, not satisfied with what we ate, but our waitress was understanding and took the lo mein off the bill. Definitely not a place we’ll return to.

Dim sum dynasty is some of the best dim sum in the tristate area. Judy is the absolute best, we held a baby shower here and everything was wonderful. Been going here for a decade and the foods always been delicious, authentic, and fresh

SO BAD. We ordered $150 worth of food off Uber eats from here and threw about 90% in the garbage. The chicken was so stringy and hard and the Rangoon and everything fried was solid as a rock like they deep fried it eight times over. Such a waste of money , inedible ???

Food was awful except for their buns. salted egg creme, sweet custard, and red bean sesame buns were top notch. Everything else was inedible including the jellyfish, sesame chicken, the crab meat money bags and more.

If you like woody chicken, fish-crab-fruity pebble rangoon that's been over mixed a thousand times such that it springs back like sausage and enjoy powdered broth without any gelatin with flavorless unseasoned pork dumplings then this place is for you. The tea was the only enjoyable part. They will also run down the street after you demanding an explanation of their poor service. 0/10

Since COVID shutdown they have not used the dim sum carts, but they offer dim from the menu. Last weekend the dim sum was very good..fresh, tasty, including shu mai, shrimp dumplings, cha siu bau, spring rolls, very good soup dumplings, etc. A somewhat limited selection versus pre-COVID, but a sufficient variety. We’re happy to still have dim sum nearby!

We were at this restaurant about 4 or 5 times, and even brought friends with us one time and the food was very good and service was very good. This last we came , the hostess sat us down and the waitress came over and took our order and brought us some of our food, never brought us our full order. We had to ask multiple times for the rest of our order. We were completely ignored with only 4 other tables that were occupied. We saw that the hostess spent at least 15 minutes talking to her friends a few tables down. We saw our waitress checked on a table behind us a total of 6 times to make sure they are fine, had their food, drinks etc. We approached the hostess about our concerns and mentioned we've been patronizing this business for quite some time. Here comes the steady stream of excuses. We then heard our waitress scream something in Chinese, presumably about her tip. Really? No apologies, no remorseful feelings. No reaction. There are no excuses for this behavior, and for the prices they charge, I really do expect way, way more. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food and reasonable price compared to Dim sum places in. China Town NYC. Ambience is okay. I gave 4 stars due to street parking and slow service. Place is packed but only 3 people are waiting on tables.
