This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any of the Dunkin’ around there. The drive-thru employee working at 7:25pm on Sunday 11/30/25, was openly hostile from the moment we tried to order. After waiting 5 minutes waiting with no response, we said “hello,” and he immediately yelled at us. He continued shouting, told us “you can leave, I don’t care,” and even accused us of being rude simply for trying to order.
His behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to like that. This location needs serious management intervention. You must fire this individual who clearly lacks regard for his job. He refused to provide his name and informed me and my underage daughter that he wouldn’t disclose it. He even slammed the window at us in anger.

We didn’t order anything after our horrible and unacceptable experience.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!

Person working at 8:20 AM on Sunday morning 11/9/2025 making the coffee is lazy and wasting my money. Every other time ive had the same order and my coffee comes out perfect... correctly made. Well this one person who I get every so often and I can tell when they make my coffee is so LAZY and doesn't make it correctly at all... I paid extra for sweet foam and this person is so lazy they just skip it over. It's a joke and I am not happy.

FIRE THIS PERSON, I will keep writing reviews everytime I get the wrong coffee til this person is GONE. Will write to corporate & bbb ab it, I am sick of this. This person has messed up my coffee over 50+ times I have paid good money for.

This location is right near the hustle and bustle of Route 17, across from the cemetery in case anyone misses that little detail, anyways, it's quick and efficient, there aren't any kiosks though, that's the only difference, but overall, everything else is okay..

Awful experience at this Dunkin. I went here with my daughter hoping they had a bagel twist which is the only thjng she likes on the menu. I ordered online and they said they had bagel twists available. When I got there they said they had no bagel twists and refused to refund my $5. They asked if I wanted any other food but they could’ve easily given me cash or cancelled my order to get my money. Then I decided to get hash browns and instead of giving me the amount of hash browns that would’ve been equivalent to the amount of money I got from the bagel twists they gave me 1 order of hash browns which is equal to $1. Overall, I feel uncompensated because they were unable to refund me and made me pay $5 for a $1 menu item. The service was terrible and the workers were unfriendly.
