Awful experience at this Dunkin. I went here with my daughter hoping they had a bagel twist which is the only thjng she likes on the menu. I ordered online and they said they had bagel twists available. When I got there they said they had no bagel twists and refused to refund my $5. They asked if I wanted any other food but they could’ve easily given me cash or cancelled my order to get my money. Then I decided to get hash browns and instead of giving me the amount of hash browns that would’ve been equivalent to the amount of money I got from the bagel twists they gave me 1 order of hash browns which is equal to $1. Overall, I feel uncompensated because they were unable to refund me and made me pay $5 for a $1 menu item. The service was terrible and the workers were unfriendly.

They make the best hot macchiato in NJ!! The staffs are extremely friendly and kind. They always make my morning happier and better. I definitely reccomend this place. 10/10 experience..
This is the best dunkin in NJ! The kindest, sweetest staff work here who always have a smile on their face and are friendl. They have never gotten my order wrong! Will always continue to go here!

Ordered a bagel twist toasted with cream cheese and when I opened the bag cream cheese was put in a separate container, every other DD I’ve been to puts it on for you so was very dissapointed by the laziness considering it costs extra to get the cream cheese
Prices were fair for the quality.
