This restaurant is absolutely beautiful!! The vibes are great, they had live music playing and the decor is so beautiful! The service was amazing!! And the food was excellent!! I had the Chicken Milanese, it was super delicious and had a lot of flavor! This place is a must and I am so excited to go back!!

My order was incomplete with 3 out 4 people getting their food. When I called this out the waitress said it was coming. The meal never came and the manager had to check. For reasons unknown the meal was lost and had to be replaced with another which he comp'ed. The turkey meal was poor, The service was non exixtant after the order with our water glasses which were half filled, never filled again. The table was sticky and the noise level was high. I will never go to Felina again and would advise anyone know to avoid this restaurant.

I always enjoy dining at Felina Ridgewood, and this visit was no exception. The atmosphere, the food, and the service are always exceptional. I want to give a special thank-you to Frank, who I believe is the manager. I requested a different table, and he honored my request with such professionalism and kindness. It made the experience even better. Felina continues to be one of my favorite restaurants, and I look forward to coming back again soon.

I was extremely disappointed by my experience here. We stopped in around 10 PM on a Saturday, and the manager immediately told us it was last call and that we could order a drink but couldn’t hang out. The bartender rolled his eyes as we approached and was completely unwelcoming. He even tried to add a charge for something we didn’t order, thinking we wouldn't notice. To make matters worse, we watched other guests come in right after us and order multiple drinks without issue. The group that I was with all come from a hospitality background and the interaction left us feeling extremely uncomfortable, as if we were a huge inconvenience. I had already stopped coming because the food never felt worth the high city prices, but after this experience, I won’t be coming at all. The rude service completely turned me off.
We were so delighted to find this beautiful restaurant in Ridgewood, NJ. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable. We were greeted warmly by the staff and enjoyed the personal service by Kathy, our server. The food was presented beautifully and portions were perfect. We enjoyed the fresh mozzarella salad with peppers, cacio & pepe and ragu with rigatoni. The desserts were fresh and delightful - the cannoli was so crisp and the pistachio gelato was smooth, creamy and just like what is served in Italy! Just one note - the wine list is lovely and quite extensive, but the first two wine selections we chose were out of stock. Our third choice of wine, Marchesi Antinori was a smooth, traditional Tuscan blend, and paired well with our meal. Thank you for a wonderful first experience.

Wet Noodle Had birthday dinner. Ordered lasagne appetizer it was just ok, Ceasar and beet salad good but small, mussels also good but needed hacksaw to cut bread. Dinners Bucatini and linguine were ok, swordfish and chicken good. Service bad. Taking plates away when not finished, not providing serving spoons and leaving table dirty between servings. And not engaging; a “wet noodle” is what we called him. Luckily went home for dessert. Oh-up charged for Makers Mark manhattan. Not hurrying back.

Had a fantastic dinner at Felina in Ridgewood! Beautiful vibe, attentive service, and delicious food. The haddock special was light, flavorful, and perfectly done with capers, olives, and broccoli rabe. Cocktails were gorgeous and yummy.
