18 dollars for flavorless drinks. Tasted like milk and they said it was a “set recipe”. Waste of money and time. Don’t go here. Village tea shop way better and cheaper, small business and right down the block.

The original bubble tea! Lots of choices and options, you'd probably never tire of the place. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, especially if there's many orders queued (they do their best though.) Lots of topping choices, but that unfortunately can add up in cost. The drinks are high quality and delicious.

The worse Gong Cha I ever had! I normally love drinking Gong Cha and they are always good, but not from this Gong Cha in Ridgewood. The milk tea that I order is too milky. I couldn’t test the tea itself much comparing to Gong Cha in Bridgwater and New York I had.
I don’t know why they are different even though it should be the same measurement and taste since it is a franchise. However, I saw the lady made my order. She might have been added too much milk and seem like running out of tea because I saw she ankled the cooler where the hot tea stocked, So that’s why my tea is the most test-less Gong Cha tea I ever had.
I’m very disappointed!

First time here, very sad. The girl working there was very rude. I’m always nice because it’s the way people should always be. I’ve been in the food industry for many years. I get it if you’re having a bad day but maybe try to be a little nice to customers. She was the only person working there and I guess she was mad because I interrupted her free phone time. Took my order very rudely and when it was finally ready I said thank you! She left in on the table for me to grand and proceeded to go to the back to be on her phone again. Didn’t even looked at me or anything. Definitely won’t be coming back here again. I’ll be taking my money somewhere else!

The worst customer service I've ever seen!!! I wanted to order a grapefruit green tea but I can't drink green tea so I asked to change it to black tea instead which is a simple ask but they said it's not allowed and when I asked why they simply just said no without any specific reason. Every other gong cha store has allowed me to customize my drink. I'm truly flabbergasted. Never coming here again. What's really crazy is they actually told me to go to another store after denying my request for some black tea. It's very unfortunate that a ridgewood resident like myself cant even buy a drink in their own town. Hoping to get an explanation on their behavior. Absolutely unacceptable.

I love the bubble tea and this was the location that I tried my first one! If you’ve never tried bubble tea you should. Would recommend.

Drinks are pretty good, though I wish the service was better. Some of the employees should be better with customers and have a brighter attitude whenever helping out customers. The food service industry is always people-oriented and should always be willing to serve and help out customers when needed.

As much as I love bubble tea, I much prefer the village tea shop. When asked for boba, they put too much and it goes right up your throat. However, I love their Chocolate items and their store design is very cozy, though quite small especially when an event is going on and the store is packed.
