The worst Greek food I've ever had. It's incredible how tasteless even calamari can be. Either you need to clean your grill or change it entirely as there was a metallic taste to every single grilled item. Nevermind that all of it was burned/dried to a crisp. You also use the cheapest stick of gyro you could find. I've had better from a street cart. How hard can it be to cook the rice in rice pudding? 100% not worth the price. Will not be coming back.

this is the worst experience i have ever been through. i have celiac disease and before we got a table i asked if they had any options that i can eat. they said no but regardless my friends and i sat down. everyone at my table had ordered food from this restraunt, yet since i could not eat anything here i brought my own food. i was immediately harassed and given threatening looks. i was shaking in my boots. i felt excluded and uncomfortable by the employees in this restraunt. the owner proceeded to come over and spoke to me in a rude, frightening, and threatening way that almost made me leave the restraunt. but my friends already ordered food so i was forced to sit in agony while i was being DEATH STARED by my waiter, host, and owner. i can not emphasize enough how uncomfortable these people made me and my friends feel but this wasn't the end. when we were attempting to pay they rolled their eyes at us when we simply asked for separate checks. then they proceeded to tell us we can't pay in apple pay even though we could clearly see the machine that does apple pay. fortunately we were able to ask someone to drive and pay for us because none of us carried cash or a physical card. in all we waited over 30 minutes for our fries and salads and were given a hard time for the entirety of time we were in their restraunt. worst service i have ever witnessed. if you have an allergy...RUN!!! (0/5 stars)

Trigger warning!! This was probably one of the worst customer service and food I've had in my lifetime. Me and my friends came in and one of my friends have a very bad gluten allergy and she had to bring in her own food because they had no gluten free options. We sat down and a guy with a red flannel came up to us making a big fuss about my friend having her own food, she felt as she was being targeted, mind you everyone at our table ordered food from there restaurant. He kept staring us down in a very threatening way, I began to tremble with fear. I felt targeted, my friend felt super uncomfortable. We continued to pay and they gave us a hard time splitting the check. Overall I give this a 0/10.

I've been coming here since this restaurant opened. It was always my favorite go to place. I'm aware it's a chain restaurant but I always loved the food and the service. I've done takeout a couple of times recently. I can no longer afford to order my favorite things on the menu because they are so overpriced. It's unbelievable. I understand about inflation, I really do. I just discovered an authentic Greek in Hasbrouck Heights.. It's called Sofia's. I would compare the food at Sofia's to the really authentic Greek restaurants in Astoria in New York. The food is that good. SERVICE is better as is the ambience. Everything on the it's GREEK to me menu is $8 to $10 higher than Sofia's. And I mean each dish. A Greek salad with grilled chicken should not be $30. That's what I paid when I did take out. I was in complete shock. Come on it's just some lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and one grilled chicken breast. $30 for that, never again. The sad part is I really like some of their food. They are pricing anything with beef or lamb at $40. I could go to a real steakhouse and pay less than that. This is just a small chain restaurant in Ridgewood. The prices should not be that high. Looking at other reviews that are up here on this site, people are saying the same thing. At a time when people can't afford anything, I think you should be more concerned about losing your restaurant for the high prices in this really bad market that we're in. You've been here for so many years. I think it's time you look at your menu and get reasonable. With services like GrubHub that will pick up and deliver from anywhere, your location is not a great convenience. That doesn't matter anymore. Aside from the fact, that parking in Ridgewood is so difficult. You really need to go back to basics and review your menu and prices. I'd hate to see you lose everything because you got greedy.

Overpriced, dry, flavorless food. Terrible and rude owner. With so many options in Ridgewood and so many other great Greek options in Bergen and Passaic county, there is absolutely no reason to go here. Avoid at all costs!!

Great hummus and Greek salad. It is always consistent. My husband loves the seafood grill also.

Ate here tonight, this place use to be good. I ordered chicken Souvlaki platter with vegetables. Chicken was flavorless, and dry. I was literally choking on my chicken. Roasted vegetables had grilled marks on the outside but was completely raw and cold. Under my grilled vegetables salad was disgusting, brown and old. My husband ordered gyro with salad. Gyro was not as good as it use to be and cold. Salad dressing was tasteless. Never coming back again.

Burnt spanakopita, they refused to refund Uber eats. I called the manager, he was rude. In other words, too bad. Never again. The worst Greek food ever. I had to post one star just to write the review.

The food was good, except the lemon soup wasn't very lemony. We had to add our own lemon juice. The server sat us and five minutes later told us the kitchen closed.... Even though the kitchen didn't close for 90 more minutes (we called before we showed up). Our server was rude, we ordered four dips and the guy gave us attitude after we asked for more pita. They gave us like six pieces of pita, for FOUR dips!!! They physically kicked us out at 10:40 with no warning. I guess when they say we close at 10:40 they weren't joking around.

Outstanding.!!! It's our second time here in a month- only because we don't live closer. Otherwise, it would be even more! The generous portions, the friendly staff, impeccable, atmosphere, and delicious food are just a few of the reasons you have got to come to this place.

I was in the area and wanted to order from Taverna Mykonos but their wait time was 45 mins for pick up orders. I googled greek food near me and found this place. It's Greek to Me.I knew it was a franchise, but have had decent experience in the past at a different location.I ordered 2 entrees, saganaki, greek salad, chicken Souvlaki sandwich and lemon garlic potatoes.I got the food home and no one liked it. It was not greek food.We love greek food and we knew it wouldn't be as good as an authentic restaurant but didn't expect it to be this bad.All the one star reviews are correct. The chicken was bland and dry, the saganaki was was so oily that the foil it was wrapped in was drenched.the salad was mainly shedded lettuce and lemon potatoes was just seasoned with dry herbs and baked like baked potato fries, very dry. Not your typical greek moist potatoes and, the rice was spanish rice no greek flavors.Paid $137.00 for garbage. I have no clue if I can even fix all the left over chicken. Please save your money.I wish I had taken pics. Will never order from any of their locations. Over priced for what they offer.Hope this helps.

The food is simply OK. Service is good, although the last time I was here, it felt like we were being rushed. It's a chain Greek restaurant, so I guess you should know this before coming here. If you want something truly authentic, go somewhere else.
