Jersey Mikes has become fully braindead. The person in front of me got a regular size turkey and provolone and it was no bigger than the dudes hand. $11.45 for a sandwich smaller than your hand in what world of delusion does Jersey Mikes live in? Jersey Mikes left this one guy in this store to work all by himself with people in line and online orders coming in. Despite all this the guy working was extremely nice and just working nonstop. Look how small at this sandwich is in the wrapper. This sandwich so skinny it could dodge raindrops. This sandwich so skinny it could look out a peep hole with both eyes. This sandwich so skinny it could play hide and seek and never be found.

I ordered online and upon pickup the customer service was nonexistent, workers look absolutely miserable. First time ordering their gf bread for my sandwich and not only was the bread disgusting the filling was so minimal and drenched in oil and vinegar plus I didn’t get the banana peppers I requested. Total waste of money.

I've been coming to this location for about 6 years now and there has been a steady decline on customer service, quality and cleanliness of this facility.
Today, I came in and these 2 young ladies lacked customer service and professionalism. The one that made my sub didn't even asked me which bread I wanted, barely put any tuna and just seemed like I was bothering her as her and the other young lady complained about the previous customers that came in - not even caring that I can fully hear what they're saying. Also, the dining area was a mess, tables needed to be wiped, stuff all over the floor. Such a shame that this place turned out like this.

I ordered a kids meal for a child and the bread was old and stale. Their kids meals are $2 more than other Jersey Mike's and for them to serve a kids sandwich on stale bread is unacceptable. I pay $6.25 at other Jersey Mike’s and this one is $7.95 serving stale bread.

I don’t why so many negative reviews, place is nice, staff is kind (not friendly) and keep it to themselves, they have reserved parking in the back. Overall nice place 👍🏼

Thank god for Jersey Mike's in Ridgewood NJ. It has become our go-to place for lunch (and often dinner) this past year. The staff is amazing - so polite and prompt and responsive. The store manager Joshua is also superlative - so professional and focused on providing excellent service and product to everyone. We feel lucky to have found such a great place for delicious sandwiches near to us - our favorites of course the #10 Tuna (great hack: heat it up in airfryer first when you get it home) and the Roast Beef and Provolone. Again, the team in Ridgewood customizes these to our specific requests (tons of pickles!). Thank you to Joshua and the team for their excellence!! Bravo and Brava to everyone there! Jersey Mike's is also lucky to have such a great team of people working there.

The food was good as usual but AFTER key word AFTER I sat down a employee said the dining in was only open till 8 and they close at 9 I still sat there anyway and I think they purposely put on music just to be annoying. Lady on 8pm shift on5/9/24 was extremely rude. Would recommend. Just don’t plan on eating in past 8. Hope the helps??
