The menu features fantastic, fire food made with authenticity and care. A must-order starter is the incredible, fluffy focaccia, perfect with the chicken liver mousse. Fantastic salads include the apple kohlrabi and kale salad. For mains, the coulotte steak is deeply flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. Other incredible options are the homemade gnocchi, the Ricotta Truffle Gnocchi, the Pappardelle Bolognese, the pork Milanese, and a huge pork chop. The halibut and mussels are also delicious.
