We have been going to Mekong district almost weekly since they first opened.
The food is great, the restaurant is charming and the servers are friendly and helpful. They make suggestions so that we can try new things. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The wait staff and owners of this establishment are absolutely horrible very disrespectful. You have to seat yourself .A good 10 minutes wait before they to your table for drink orders and another 10 to get your drinks another 10-15 for them to come get your food order another 20 minutes to get your food . So unless you have an hour to hour an half to wait on food and drinks so be it.But then ended up in emergency room with food poisoning. They have to make these fake reviews because this establishment I give it 1 star it’s not even wheelchair accessible.

This is the first place I have ever been to that charges you to split the bill... My buddy and I gave the waiter two credit cards and requested to split the bill evenly, but when we got our receipts we were surprised to see an additional charge of 7% added to them... That is on top of 20% gratuity that was added automatically. You would think that splitting the bill is part of the service that you are tipping for. What next, cleaning fee? Bathroom fee? Silverware fee? If you are reading this review, you should reconsider supporting the restaurant with such a shady business model.

Cool place to gather with friends to hang out in living room like little settings with couches, large comfy chairs, table games and a wall of beer and cider on tap. Have been here twice and both times it was a hit with friends.

I've been to this place several times, and the service has never been excellent, to say the least, but the food is fantastic, so I continue to go with my friends. I was there this past Sunday, and the young lady who served us did not even greet us and immediately came at us rudely, telling us to leave the restaurant if we did not want to tip her, which was unnecessary and uncalled for. This made the entire experience uncomfortable, and I couldn't wait to leave and not return.

Great food service is not I’ve been a loyal customer at this restaurant every Sunday for the past 12 weeks, and my friend, who introduced me, has been coming here for years. During our last visit, we sat at different tables to avoid the automatic gratuity charge for large groups. Despite this, a waitress with glasses approached us and falsely accused us of causing an issue on our last visit, which never happened. She then insisted we all tip together just because we knew each other, or we had to leave. This kind of treatment is unacceptable

Don’t expect great customer service.shortly after My fiancé and I were sat we discussed with the waiter she would be having a cocktail. Well We never received said drink. our appetizer arrived and went And then our meal. Still no drink. We spoke to the waiter 2x more times about this drink to where it now became “on the house” yeah ok. Even still After being given the bill and handing off my credit card. still no drink in sight. I was given back my receipt. One copy. No pen. How am I able to sign? We must have been there for an hr and our waiter must’ve walked past us over 40x but only came to our table 4 times all and every time he was reminded about how my fiancé still has NO DRINK. I get being forgetful but this was just plain being ignored. I would have been ok with Just say sorry we can’t make it right now or tonite. Don’t keep telling me “your coming with it in a second “. Give me excuses like “Sorry Someone should have brought it out by now let me check” or “It’ll be right out” and “It’s on the house”. I heard every excuse possible that night.
