The best of the best. Everything on the menu is fantastic, but I’ve never been able to find a comparable chicken koobideh (ground chicken kebab.) It’s juicy, spiced beautifully, and absolutely delicious. My wife and I make an hour and fifteen minute drive whenever we can to partake, and you better believe we place an extra order to go for lunch the next day. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some delectable Persian cuisine!

We recently had a memorial lunch for my late stepfather and everyone at Pardis was so accommodating and understanding. The food was delicious and they served us quickly. They made this incredibly difficult day a little easier and we are eternally grateful.

The food, the service, and the atmosphere was excellent. We were a large party and they were able to accommodate and bring all the meals in a timely fashion. The portions are large and delicious. Would definitely go back.

There are many kabob places in Ridgewood, and this by far is the best. Great flavors on all their dishes and very attentive staff. We go at least 2x a month.

Absolutely delicious meal with huge portions. Usually huge portions equal not-so-good quality, but not here. It is the best meal out we have had in a long time. Perfectly cooked fluffy rice. Great sauces served with SO much complimentary bread (the bread was okay- could have been tastier). Ash Reshteh - haven't had this soup since my favorite place in the city closed years ago. It was just as delicious! Delicious tomato cucumber salad - I wasn't sure of this as the tomatoes looked pink, not red since it's February but wow- the dressing- just delicious and not too oily. Lamb shank was perfectly tender with a delicious, rich sauce. Pomegranate walnut chicken- very good. My favorite is from a place in the city and the one I am spoiled with at home but this one was quite good. Nice servers, nice ambience. A must try!

An excellent eating experience. The aubergine starter and dumplings filled with chickpeas were delicious. We ordered beef koobideh chicken and lamb kebabs and substituted the regular rice with berry rice. The shrimp came with a green rice. Everything so fresh and delicious. The mint sauce great and the Staff so polite and attentive. We had to have baklava and falooda to finish. A busy evening however our service was just wonderful. Well done to the Pardis team and to the owner who found the time and stopped by to say hello

Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t meet my expectations despite receiving many recommendations about this place. The khoresht dishes didn’t taste like authentic Persian food. The textures and the tastes were like watered down versions of Persian stews. Also the bread and one of the dips served were not Persian.

This place is amazing!Started with Sambuseh and Lentil Soup... wow. I love them both.Dinner was Barg Kabob with Zereshk Polo Rice, and Bronzini with Green Rice.Dessert was Turkish coffee and Saffron Ice Cream. This food was heaven sent. I can not say enough good things about this place. Everything was so delicious! The flavors all compliment each other. A very good job in the preparation and presentation. However, I do not recommend if you have a nut allergy, but if you do, you'll die happy.

The grape leaves are amazing. My cousin was left speechless for about 45 min after eating one because they were so good. The barg (steak) was my favorite meat. All meats are good.Pro Tip: Don't order the combination platter just for yourself. You will A) look like a fool and B) not be able to finish it. There's just too much meat and rice.
