What a true disappointment. I own a business in ridgewood and have become a regular at Parisa. Not only do I order food often for myself but also have catered for my employees on multiple occasions. I will never return nor give my business to a restaurant who can treat their customers so poorly. The foul attitude from the employee who works there is not worth anyone’s time nor money. If you’re looking for extremely low quality service, to be disrespected, and a terrible attitude from staff.. this is the place for you.

Done with this PARISA, you an rely on them to be inconsistent, the koobideh changes in texture and taste every time I order from here and that shoe leather they call barg is barely edible, chunks of rubber.

We picked Parisa East and went on Tuesday night. We had a great experience from the delicious food to excellent customer service. Will definitely come back over the weekend.

Do not recommend! The food was extremely greasy, the customer service was terrible. The bussing staff were polite, but the management were rude. They yelled at an elderly customer in front of everyone. The elderly man was asking a question and the tall manager, yelled “you are not my boss, I don’t have to listen to you or talk to you”. The higher up manager did not apologize, even though the customer spoke to him. He dismissed them and answered a phone call. The restaurant was empty when we were there and they were clearly overwhelmed.I will never go there again. Be warned. Your night will be ruined. Bad bad management.

Had a really nice time here. The food was delicious, & the atmosphere and service were great. I had the shrimp kabob which was delicious & my husband had the ground beef kabob which was absolutely amazing. Our server Omid was attentive & friendly. You certainly won’t be disappointed if you go here.

Now I've had my fair share of persian food in NYC, Las Vegas, Florida and Tehrangeles (Vestvood like my persian friend's dad would say) and I have to say, *chef's kiss , Parisi's food was on point. I guess being a non persian (Pretty sure I got some persian roots in my family tree) giving full five stars may seem to Persian's like "Aray, what does he know?! He's not Parsian !". But I do know a thing or 2 about persian food; being around persian moms in their kitchens quite a lot should count. With that said , service was excellent. The waitstaff was very attentive, the concierge who gave us the table was very hospitable and the vibe inside was quite fancy dining. The place was 1/4 full since we went there the last hour and half they were open (and it was New Year's Eve). When we received the food , the plating was clean and the food was A+. The gheymeh was tasty and went amazing with their perfectly crisped tahdig. This was the first time my friend had Persian food and was amazed at the flavor and texture. I ordered the joojeh kebab for her and classic beef koobideh for myself with the green rice. I use koobideh and tahdig as the gold standard of every persian restaurant because if they can get the basics on point then everything else will be amazing... and amazing it was. The food was definitely the star of the show, and we enjoyed every bite of it. After we were done and paid the bill, I thought to myself " if you had me dining in a shack with the same food served to me, I'll be equally happy." I say ignore the other one star reviews and go with zero expectations. If they can get the joojeh, koobideh and tahdig on point, then what more can you ask for?

Excellent food and customer service. The staff was attentive and courteous. Everything we ordered, from appetizers to entrees and desserts, was absolutely delicious and fresh and had an excellent presentation. The chicken was moist and juicy. Salads here are fantastic, as well as vegetarian and seafood selections. Our Shrimp kabob was excellent. We had a great time at Parisa. We will return for another fantastic experience.

I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant. We went out for a very special dinner with family, and one of the staff members (tall lead waiter) was extremely rude to the elder of our family, who is hard of hearing / weak and wanted to ask him a question. It was shocking and truly unbelievable. We mentioned it calmly to the manager, but he passed it off and brought excuses for him. I will never go there again.

I do not recommend this restaurant. Although the food was good, I was frankly shocked by how rude one of the waiters was to another customer. I have never seen such rude, disrespectful behavior by a restaurant staff toward a customer. What was even more disturbing was that the manager did not come over to apologize. It ruined the experience of a night out with family. I will not go there again.
