I loooooovvvveee playa bowls, fav place BUT I keep getting hairs in my bowls! It’s happened two out of my last three bowls. I don’t think the kids who work there wear hair nets or even gloves.
It is tasty and fresh but the best part is they are not greedy about Nutella or almond butter. Whenever I go to other Playa Bowls locations, they are adding Nutella or etc. drop by drop which is too annoying. The inly problem of this place is just the noise that comes from the blenders.
I accidentally ordered the wrong item online (must have been a recent order instead of the one I wanted) and didn't notice until I received my bowl. I went back in the store and explained what I had done wrong expecting to pay for another bowl. The staff was super nice and understanding and made me a fresh bowl the way I initially wanted with no cost. They were great.
