I came in, and immediately felt bad energy from who I’m guessing was the manager. I asked the barista for a strawberry matcha- which was NOT made with fresh matcha but rather a pre made mix… which for the price is insane. It was disgusting and I couldn’t take more than a sip of it. It was so gritty and lacked any flavor. They didn’t seem friendly so I didn’t bother to ask for it to be remade. Instead I asked for and payed for an iced americano - DECAF. I was given a regular one and when I kindly brought it up to the manager he just snatched the cup from me and remade it with an attitude … the poor guy at the register was also being yelled at by him. Such a beautiful space but the vibes were crazy lol.

Delicious coffee. Worth the parking hassle in Ridgewood but make sure they get your order right. Staff is generally friendly unless you ask for your order to be fixed then you get a bit of an attitude.

Ordered a matcha einspanner and it was really really good. They apologized for taking a while because they had to hand whip their handmade whipped cream and it wasn’t even a long wait. The whipped cream was sooo good, especially with matcha powder on top. They added a lotus cookie on top too.

Spacious and inviting coffee shop. I liked my matcha latte. I got strawberry this time but would probably go without for my next order.

I’m not a typical Karen, nor do I leave reviews. But this place HAS HORRIBLE
DISGUSTING MATCHA THAT HAS MADE ME SICK! Stay away I do not recommend. The coffee the match everything is absolutely horrible.

The place is spacious, but the chocolate croissant was bad — not fresh and the chocolate was dry.

I told the staff that it was bad, but they didn't care.

They roast their coffee in-house, they have top tier grinders and espresso machines, and their staff is well-trained. As a result their coffee is consistently superb. This is a place coffee snobs will love. I always stop in when I’m in the area. Easy 5 stars

If you're planning to work out of this coffee shop, please save yourself the time. The WIFI here is atrocious, barely works. You are better off going to the 9 other coffee shops in Ridgewood.

I Love the coffee from here. I am here at least once a week, sometimes even more.
Btw, Their avocado toast it’s amazing.
