Shop has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff is incredibly kind! I went to pick out some coffee beans, and Dalton was so helpful with showing me the variety of beans! We landed on Burundi after he was kind enough to make me a pour over with it, and I’m so grateful for his patience with me and all of my questions. Definitely going to come back with my friends and family

The guy behind the counter looks like he's in the beach with sorts and overall dirty and we had to wait because fixing something to eat in front of us. The girl not listening to the orders and we have to order 3 times and she gets wrong. And don't forget the guy always drinking and eating behind the counter in plain view and of course handle your orders too. Discasting

I had a dark hair boy with piercings as my barista today and he talked me through all the coffees and we decided together on something that was sweet enough for me to like. Very nice service, bit of a sterile white atmosphere.

I had a really disappointing experience at Coffee and Company in Ridgewood. I ordered a 12 oz oat milk latte and waited 15 minutes despite being the only customer waiting. When I finally asked about my order, the barista admitted he forgot about it and then started making my drink. However, I caught him using regular milk instead of oat milk. When I pointed out the mistake, he gave me a dirty look, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, when he finally made the drink, it was a small size instead of the 12 oz I had paid for. When I politely pointed this out, the barista visibly got upset with me and responded with a bad attitude, as if I was the one causing a problem. He eventually made another latte, but it was still the wrong size — a medium instead of the 12 oz I ordered. After wasting 30 minutes of my time, I gave up and left with a smaller latte than I had paid for.

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The barista was inattentive, careless, and full of attitude. I won’t be returning.

Have been coming to RCC for a long time, even enjoyed going to their former location that was across the street from where they are currently situated. I love drinking their New Orleans coffee, and my kids love their macaroons and cake pops! This place is part of what makes Ridgewood special!

Paid $8 for medium iced latte with oat milk. It was supposed to taste like Nutella and we could hardly taste it even though we had them add extra. Certainly expect a lot better quality if I am paying this much for a cup of coffee.

Very nice space, very clean and bustling with activity, but never hard to find a seat. Bathrooms are also very clean. Coffee is good (better than Starbucks) but they do need to keep better track of their orders. Also, they do have plugs near tables, but I wish they had more. Overall, a huge improvement in their space since moving. I go there on weekends with my son and we do work or read together.

Very cute coffee shop with plenty of seats to study/work at! I had their strawberry matcha which I’d rate a 4/5 (not enough strawberry and was overloaded with matcha where the balance was a little off) and my friend got a raspberry tea which he wasn’t too big a fan of. Will be coming back for the calm atmosphere. Maybe will try their coffee next time!

They do not know what kind of beans they are using/ used to brew their coffee...
Had an allergic reaction so I asked... and they said.... "Ethiopian or Guatemala? We don't know haha" .... Really???

New location - very large & spacious, compared to other spots in the area. feel like i could just lay out here - the A/C was so nice on a hot day.

Look forward to another visit!

4 stars overall because I like my coffee stronger, but all the young people serving there are very nice and bubbly, so 5 stars for service.

I’ve been coming to RCC since I was in high school. It’s always been a great place to get together with friends and relax. The new location is a great evolution of what the original spot started. The barista Toni was super nice, attentive and friendly. The staff altogether is fantastic and I’ll always keep RCC as a top spot for me in Ridgewood.
