I just had the best experience at this Starbucks! So, I by accident order my latte from the Ridgewood location, while at a different Starbucks š¤£š¤£š¤£. Decided that I will try to get it later if itās still there. I got to Ridgewood Starbucks at least an hour later, at which point my drink wasnāt there, which is understandable and I wouldnāt even complain. However, I still asked, out of curiosity, what is done with the drinks which are not picked up on time, and the wonderful barista said āKaterina? We disposed of it because it was coldā and made me a new drink at no cost. He even remembered my original order. This was amazing! Super service! Thank you!

We had the pleasure of meeting Emma this evening for our drink order. She is just lovely & so customer oriented & the Queen of making the best black tea lemonade I have ever had!! Kudos Emma! Keep up the good work!!

The guy with curly hair doesn't read instructions! He makes the drinks in base form only. I went in person to order a vanilla bean frappe with extra caramel and he misread it as vanilla so the drink was overpowering with all the extra vanilla!!! So they remade it and he was doing the same thing so I told him put the caramel inside the drink and he again put multiple vanilla pumps!!! So i just took the drink as is and it was inedible š On top of all that he tried to give me a random mobile order so I put it back for the actual customer.

Overall good place took 20 min for my order. Food is decent and yummy. Tables need to be cleaned a bit more.

I come here time to time I wish you would bring back more outdoor tables and chairs like you used to have, you have two tables one of which has only has one chair ? I meet friends and bring my dog and would love to have that option back. Never had a problem with my order or staff here ?
