I come to this drive thru multiple times a week. Normally my matcha is made wrong and I say nothing. Today I told the worker I wasn’t going to drink that like that as the chunks of matcha were swimming in the milk. He said there are nicer ways to say that with a really bad attitude. I’m not too sure where the customer service is and how I’m suppose to ask for my drink to be re made. I wasn’t mean I’m not too sure why I got that answer from him. As I was leaving I told him I was not mean you guys just need to make the drinks right as they are not cheap and should be made right. Really need the workers to take the time to make the drinks right and learn about customer service.

2nd time going here, and both bad experiences. The staff simply can’t get a simple order right. 1st time I ordered a vanilla latte, and it came with no vanilla. The 2nd time they used the sugar-free vanilla, which tastes like medicine. I assume they do a half-assed job because they know folks are driving away. Will not patronize here again

This is the third time I have attended this Starbucks in the last couple of months and had a terrible experience. The drive through is a great convenience but the coffee and service is horrible. Today was the third time that I was told that the “computer system is down” and I would have to pay in cash. This is not a problem however, your Starbucks rewards points cannot be scanned, gift cards cannot be used AND a receipt cannot be given. In addition, this is also the third time that my latte has tasted nothing short of dirty water. The barista’s have not had sufficient training and for the price that is charged for of a cup of coffee - that is unacceptable. I really wanted to give these employees the benefit of the doubt so that’s why I came back a third time but unfortunately, this will be my last time attending the store.

I have come here numerous times later in the day when they are closed but they have left the open lights on. Very inconvenient. I would agree that when they are open there is very little sense of urgency.

Unable to get drink order correct with only one or two other customers in line. Zero care or sense of responsibility at this drive thru - I will not return and will go to the downtown Ridgewood or Glen Rock location.

It's fine that they are deive thru only, but beware mobile order does not work at this place, and the staff do not care about missing orders. Starbucks app should disable mobile orders from this store.
