I went walking and did not know it’s only a drive up .The guy on intercom was rude ! Said I can’t serve you unless you come in a car you can’t just stand there “. And before I could say anything he just said goodbye . And hung up “I was just waiting to see if I could place an order .Ridiculous it’s Ridgewood’s . People are walking there all the time . Could have said the same thing nicely ! Or maybe accommodated one order by asking me to walk up to counter !

Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time but drinks were not ready when I got there. On top of that the fat guy with glasses in the drive thru window was very condescending. This branch should get better employees because their behavior reflects on the brand.

I am very disappointed in the service at startbucks today. I was greeted with a hey baby by one of the workers and that made me feel very uncomfortable. Then while I was paying he kept saying to give him a good tip and once i pressed no tip he got upset. I was taking a picture with my dog in the car and he thought i was taking a picture of him and told me to delete and kept harassing me over it and took forever to get the cake pops I ordered and once he did bring me it, he then kept asking me to delete the video when I did not take a video of him.

Wow. The guy with glasses working there at 5p today was shocking. He greeted us by saying "we are not taking your credit cards today"...we had cash so we asked if we could order...he said "sure"...then we completed our order and he sarcastically said "good job"...I don't know what's going on with him personally but I hope he knows that it's inappropriate to take out his issues on customers.

Drive thru!!!!! Yes the best! Sometimes it gets long lines but I've never had an issue with my order here which is important
AWFUL.I pull around to place my order (a frappe with sweet cream cold foam on top instead of whip and a frappe with skim milk) and the man on the headset says “we’ll see if we can do that” meanwhile i am a starbucks employee myself and i have made countless of these kind of drinks.I get to the window and they didn’t make ANY of my drinks correctly AND i ask to scan my app for points and the man simply doesn’t.I’m so disappointed and i will not be returning to this location.

First time at this location. Wasn't sure what drink to buy because I am not a big star bucks drinker, however when I inquired about the different drinks the worker at the drive though was very nice, and pleasant. She explained the different drinks and was patient with me. That doesn't happened alot at drive through services. I order the Caramel crunch Frappuccino and it was delicious. I should have order the grande ?. Will def visit this location again! Thankyou for you great service!
