Very very disappointing for an Establishment in a city like Ridgewood. Service was great.Atmosphere was very inviting.Menu not much too offer.Calamari was unexceptable mostly fried crumbs hardly any rings for $14. Beer on tap was flat. Very disappointed.i work in this business over 40 years . They should take the calamari off menu

What a great place! The food, music and drink selection were awesome. The service was top notch and Cheryl, the manager, made sure our experience was perfect. Definitely the place to go in Ridgewood whether it’s for a drink, dinner or when planning an event!

Food was good but pricey for the portions and quality. had a seared Tuna appetizer that I sent back. Our server apologized and immediately took it away asking if we wanted something different. They often have live music which is nice but can be loud depending on your seating.

Just came for dinner Tuesday night and the hostess was crazy rude as soon as we walked in. Left a really bad first impression when we were all excited for dinner and live music. We ended up just having an appetizer and decided to eat elsewhere. The drunken tots were 5 individual tater tots and they also came out wrong (asked for sauce on the side). Server was nice, it’s a beautiful place and the music was amazing so 2 stars for that.

I was fortunate to spend yesterday afternoon at the Steel Wheel Tavern sitting outside and watching the 4th of July parade and having lunch. I can't imagine there is a better spot for watching the Ridgewood Fourth of July Parade! The food was fantastic. Our favorites were the brisket grilled cheese, the french dip, the calamari and soft pretzels. The Bloody Mary was delicious and our server Anthony was incredibly attentive and kind. I am already looking forward to getting back there soon!

I took my fiancé here for his birthday. Our waiter appeared lost the entire time. I don’t even think he shared his name with us. Our drinks, made by the bartender, were delicious. We ordered an appetizer but our entrees came out first. I told the food runner and he said he would check. Our waiter told us he put the wrong thing in- which makes no sense because we didn’t get a wrong item. It was never put in. So now we were forced to have our appetizer and entree together on such a small table for two. It was extremely uncomfortable. My seat was right up against the woman behind me and my fiancé was stuck sticking out into the walkway where people walking back and forth delivering food were coming from. People even bumped into him. Such a terrible experience and not worth the $100+ bill. I will not be returning.
