I am sad to say my experience at sugar and spice was not good yesterday. It took us an hour for some simple chat and snacks to be served, and even then with all that preparation time, the food was very salty. The dahi puri was way too sweet, with not enough yogurt. Additionally, they were stale to a point where you could taste the oil. The dosas were way too thin, and were not crispy at all. Shortly after eating, my sister and mother had a stomach ache. Will not be coming back.

The worst experience… we had to wait for 1hr and 30 mins to get three orders (dosa, sandwich and paneer roll). When it came it was sooo salty. I don’t think owner is interested in running this business. We are just scapegoats.

Excellent place.. the ambiance is too good, food is delicious. Amazing service. 2 Dosa for 7.99$ is steal deal. All the items we ordered were too good. They have cute Indian accessories.

Excellent. Very nicely stocked library and a well tuned piano. Sweet homey vibe in a spacious location. Lots of privacy. The snacks and beverages were very well prepared and would suit a variety of different palates. The tea in particular was excellent. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and professional. Thank you, Sugar and Spice, for everything nice 🌷

The food was delicious the teas and lassi were just as delicious!!!! Came here to study it was very quiet and in the cut you would never think to walk in. The people working there were so nice and happy to let us try their food and explained it to us. Highly recommend

A group of us decided to visit Sugar & Spice Café around 9 pm and it turned out to be a delightful experience! We ordered tea and mango lassi, both of which were absolutely refreshing and flavorful. We enjoyed chatting in the serene setting, surrounded by the warm wooden furniture and soft lighting. The place had such a peaceful vibe that it made our time together even more special.

Not entirely sure how there are so these many good reviews. The restaurant is run without any oversight or management. The location is never open consistently during stated hours. The food is either reused from another restaurant or brought in. It is severely understaffed, even if 2-3 customers walk-in, it could cause a long wait.

They ownership or management could maybe do something? Good for them for staying open this long but without making any adjustments to drive more revenue.
