This is my second time here and I love it! Red velvet brownie was awesome and the staff was very friendly!
This used to be a great spot back in 2017-2018 but right after that they been hiring some of the worst people. Tried it again after years and it got worse. Place was disgusting and floors sticky, didn’t have most of the menu available when we tried to order and what we did order they still got wrong. Never come here.
So many yummy options and a super cool vibe with the wall art. It was nice that the were open so late.
The worst.
Went in for their icecream softie. Turns out it's a big glass of icecream smoothie which is very thick to sip through a straw and too runny to eat with a spoon. We asked for a straw or spoon when we got our order and the employee there casually mentioned they don't have either and handed us a fork for the slurpie, walked out with a cup of crushed icecream and had to request a restaurant nearby for a spoon so my toddler could eat her icecream slurp. Never going back there again.
I thought the cookies were great. Soft, chewy, warm. Got the chocolate chip and the chocolate peanut butter
I came in on a Friday afternoon just craving a cookie. I never had cookie connect before but I really recommend it. It’s a dang ol good cookie hearty soft cookie cool combinations. Cinnamon roll cookie, good very good. I really have to say there the one worker very hospitable doing everything all at once. Wanted to shoutout hard working kid, with black shaggy hair. Have not seen emo in long time. Good job he really multitasking efficiently in the food industry.
Always enjoyed the cookies here - i get it theyre quite sweet but i enjoy them nevertheless! My go-to is the capt crunch because i enjoy the combination of soft and crunchy on this one. This visit (8/8/25), i was able to try their new special flavors, which was oatmeal cream pie and neopolitan hot fudge - they were soo good!
cookies were packaged nicely in a cute box which were sturdy and held up through the whole drive home. Also got lucky finding a parking spot which could be difficult in their Ridgewood location. Staff was pleasant but the place was a bit lifeless. It was somewhat dim too since a lot of the lights, including their neon signage, were either turned off or not working. Being a dessert place, it wouldve been nice if it also offered a “happier” feel than a gloomy one. At least the cookies definitely made me happy! lol
Place was dark, dirty walls, HOT. The person working could not have been less helpful and seemed pissed off anyone walked in (we were the only ones in the place). Had to ask twice for her to explain the cereal shake ordering process. Cookie was meh, nothing special and stale around the edges. First and last visit
This is by far the worst cookie connect you can go to and I’ve been to two other locations already. The workers somehow find themselves to be consistently awful and rarely ever know what cookies they have or what they’re doing. Today I go in for a cookie that’s posted all over their social media and is on their website and the lady says she’s never heard of it😂what a joke never worth the trip.

Has roaches and very unfriendly staff
Great staff , very professional and kind ...Ashley and Ishaan made my day
im not a huge fan of cookies as a dessert category but carly and ashley hooked me up with some and lemme tell you…they were scrumpdiliumptious. perhaps they tasted so good because ashley and carly were super nice despite being super tired at close but i think cookies might’ve just gone up my list of preferred dessert options :)
Amazing cookies
Love their featured flavors. Their apple pie and cheese cake cookies are my favorite
