Decent location for fast Mexican. The empanadas were very good but I don't think I would be returning anytime soon.

Ordered my food to go, so I don’t have anything to say about the staff or atmosphere, but the wings were horrible. Talk about instant disappointment. First bite on both “flavors” had me disgusted. My stomach turned.
Let’s start with the taste, or lack thereof. Wings of Death left me feeling more alive than I was when I bit into this undercooked mess.
Gnarly - Q was a total Gnar Kill.
Not only did both sauces lack in the flavor department but they were runny / watery. Thicken up the sauce and make it taste good. It was like I had flavored water.
Don’t even get me started on the hidden valley ranch posing as a wing ranch.
Bleu cheese was decent, I will give them that.
I specifically asked for the wings to be crispy, double fried and they either don’t know how to do that or ignored that request altogether. Skin was soft and rubbery and the meat was a little pink when you got to the bone. Why do I have to recook food I ordered to be cooked in the first place?
Maybe they should just stick to burritos and gimmicky tacos because wings obviously aren’t their strong suit.
This place is supposed to be one of the best in Jersey but it’s one of the worst I’ve ever had.

Tito's Burritos & Wings in Ridgewood, NJ.
"It's all good" at @titosburritos! Known for their burritos and wings @titosburritos is serving up some hot and spicy options! Do you think you could survive the Wings of Death? We were able to handle 1 wing each! Their newest menu item is the HOTTIE CHICKEN BURRITO- Tito's hot crispy chicken, rice, lettuce, Tito's cheeses, ranch, dill pickle slices and wrapped in a fresh tortilla! Super yum! Check out their weekly specials on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays! Mahalo! Insta: @thehungrysw

This place is amazing! Been wanting to try and it lived up to every expectation! They pack their burritos to the brim but they are so flavorful! Their verde salsa is addicting, I highly recommend getting that on the side, I will be honest it puts surf taco into a grave! Will be back.

The food is good and the manager/older staff are great but the young teens working there are absolutely insufferable. I’m sorry but they are so rude and incompetent.

We went there for the first time last week and got food poisoning. We had chicken quesadillas. I read on yelp and other customers had also noted of their food poisoning experience. We will never return to this chain.

DO NOT EAT HERE. This was only into my 3rd bite. We had to throw out our entire $53 meal because we were so grossed out after this. If I get food poisoning I will be absolutely LIVID. Insane.

We stopped in tonight and were really surprised at how delicious everything was. Fresh, generous portions! I love spicy food and the HOT salsa was actually pretty hot. My Bird is The Word burrito had a nice amount of fresh, tasty chicken and was quite a hefty one at that. My wife had the Naked blackened chicken bowl and it was loaded with everything, shredded lettuce on top and it was perfect! Loaded nachos, too. Thank you for the great dinner. We’ll be back!

If you’re looking for a change of pace from the big chain burrito joints, I suggest you try Tito’s. Fresh tasting and expertly wrapped burritos were extremely flavorful. The chicken was outstanding and it was such a delight to experience truly fresh ingredients. All the ingredients complemented each other and not one dominated. Chips also tasted different, but in a good way. Salsa was smooth and authentic. Will definitely come back to try more of the menu.

The food was OK not what I expected. Not even close to traditional Mexican food. They don't serve carnitas or pork at all. They only have flour tortillas. You have to order at the front and carry your items to the table if you want to eat inside. Also the staff basically consisted of 16 yr old very unprofessional kids. For the amount of money I spent on two people I could have gone to Cafe Amici in Wyckoff and had a 5 star meal or any comparable Italian restaurant. $60 -65 for two people to have a subpar burrito an appetizer and nachos was a little crazy. Hot sauce is almost non existent and comes in packets there was only two options. There is no atmosphere here for a place in Ridgewood your average Quidoba or Chipotle has a much better setup. The Titos nachos were good though, there was plenty of toppings. It was okay to try but I don't think I would be back. It's what I would call an American take on Mexican food.

I was really let down by the food here. I stopped by at 3pm on a Friday, hoping for a good burrito, but it didn't live up to expectations. The first bite told me everything I needed to know: both the rice and chicken were cold. It was such a surprise that I couldn’t even finish it. I ended up taking it home to microwave, which really wasn't what I wanted to do, especially considering the cost. The service was the only good part. The staff were on point, friendly, and seemed to like their job, which made ordering easy. But there was a moment when the vibe got weird – when the server brought over some chips, he just dropped them on the table without a word and walked off, which felt a bit off-putting.The place itself had a nice feel to it, with good music and a clean setting, though I did notice some sticky spots on the tables and chairs from past spills.Overall, I was disappointed, especially since Ridgewood usually has great places to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this spot, which is a shame.
