When you specifically ask for an ingredient not to be in a dish, is the way it should be brought to the table. Nope not this time. I told the waitress, who repeated my instructions on removing that item from the dish. She brought the dish back to kitchen...they picked out the ingredient and she brought it back served it to me cold. Very kind and thoughtful, as if I wouldn't know! Glad no allergic reaction!! Very poor concern for patrons!😕

Solid ramen shop! I really tried to find their weakness, but they did not disappoint. Food came out quick, everything was amazing and I can eat like 10 of those pork buns! No drinks, butI will definitely be coming back! Did I mention affordable too, I cant remember the last time I spent less than 100 bucks going out to eat with 4 ppl.

The soups were a little too salty to our liking, otherwise all three (katsu, miso, and tonkatsu) of our ramen were good. You can't beat their prices!!! Also, free ice cream mochi per person if you order more than $10 and pay by cash.

The food is always fresh and the service is friendly every time. Last Saturday i oredered take out and was shocked to find they forget the egg in my ramen. That's literally the one time Ive ever had any issue. Aside from literally 1 mistake, everything is always perfect. I like to order on their website and pick up in person, the food is always ready on time, hot and packaged so nicely. Thank you Tori Ramen!

Went here with my bf this past Sunday and the ramen was great! Very flavorful. We were seated right away. However, my bf and I noticed that we were seated in the middle of the floor despite there being two booths open. Two groups that were seated after us were told by the owner that they could be seated wherever they wanted. Which we thought was odd (mind you my bf and I are both black for context). The waitress herself was pleasant so no complaints there, she's the main reason I'm still giving the service 4 stars. But the owner/lady was not pleasant or friendly. This left a sour taste in our mouth despite the food being good.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Ridgewood! The food here is amazing and my go-to’s are the Korean Fried Chicken and the Miso Ramen which is a 10/10 every time! I also like how friendly and attentive the staff are. I come here often and I’ve never been disappointed by the food or the service! The restaurant itself is peaceful with a nice atmosphere and there’s a parking lot right across the street which is a plus.

Best ramen place ever!! Super nice staff, food comes out timely, restaurant is always clean and has great atmosphere. The food is great and the prices are also super reasonable for what you get, especially considering the area it’s in. I’ve been coming here for weeks and the staff have never made a mistake or missed the mark! 10/10 🍜✨❤️
