I lived in Ridgewood and grew up on Wilkes potato salad. I moved to the Midwest in 1987 where they do not know what a true deli is. Last year I had the opportunity to pass through Ridgewood, buying 4 lb of potato salad to take home! It is absolutely addictive! If you haven't already, I would put your recipe in fort Knox and closely guard it! It's that good!
