This new BBQ gem left us blown away. The brisket was absolutely phenomenal. Tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of bark and juiciness. You can tell it’s been slow-cooked with care—every bite practically melts in your mouth. Caramelized onions on top. And the mac and cheese — creamy, rich, and indulgent.
Portion sizes were generous, and the plate was presented with a side of cornbread that rounded everything out beautifully.

QCrew catered our backyard wedding and we can't recommend them enough! They were so easy to communicate with from the very beginning and was one less thing to stress over. I used Q Crew for a company picnic. It was a huge success largely due to the great food, personable efficient staff and the service. Communication was seamless from inquiry to the day of event. They arrived early enough to ensure all would go great and it was our first live event with a caterer, and they didn't disappoint. I highly recommend them!
