Got tired of inconsistency of places in N. Cape May and Villas so decided to give #1 a shot. This may come off as a weird review to some but basically the food was good. I ordered a couple of dishes house style with a variety of proteins. The house Lo Mein and house Egg Foo Yung were loaded with Shrimp but skimpy on beef, chicken and pork. The beef pepper steak was full of beef and onion but only 3-4 pieces of green pepper. Seems strange. Maybe they’re farming their own shrimp...
I usually don't write reviews, but this one absolutely earned it. Had a pretty bad day, and this made it 20x better. I had the beef lo mein, an egg roll, and some steam dumplings. I'm very picky with my lo mein, but this one is by far one of the best I've ever tried! It is worth every penny, the staff is so friendly, and overall one of my best experiences with Asian food. I will definitely be seeing you guys again!
The store was small but seems to have lots of business for a good reason. Their portions and flavors are terrific. The prices and portions seem better than Shop Rite's Asian food! All for something freshly prepared and with plenty of extras.
