We got our drinks and salads right away ! It took another 1. 1/2,hours to get our food ! After our waitress went to check , she found out that our meal ticket was misplaced ! Another 45 minutes later we finally received our dinners . THEN when received our bill we found out that the manager did not comp anything g !!! We asked to speak to the manager who after much discussion , finally comped our bill 25% for 6 people !! Completely poor customer service !! Very unacceptable...
We absolutely loved our meal and time at Menz Restaurant and Bar! The food was fantastic and the portions were large and filling. The flounder Franchise was cooked to perfection and the sauce was amazing. I also enjoyed the crab stuffed flounder. Our daughter loved her meal and all the goodies that came with it. Our server Kim was fantastic and a pleasure to have serving us. We can’t wait to come back to the shore for another fantastic dining experience.
Good food, many years (over 30) Menz has been our favorite restaurant on shore visits. Two visits in past two weeks. Gotta love having a favorite go to place year after year. ...Back again August 2023 received same excellent food and service. August 2026, 50th Anniversary of Menz Restaurant. Consistently excellent meals and service. My wife and I will return again in a few weeks during our next week in Diamond Beach.
