I like the egg bites and other bakery items, decent specialty coffee. But this location is one of the locations I don’t care for. Even out of season they can’t manage the volume. Today, stood in line 15 minutes with ONE person in front of me and finally walked out. Poor volume management.

Another major complaint is that when light ice is requested, the cup is filled 95% with ice, leaving only a few sips of a watered-down drink. Additionally, overhearing an employee with a dark blonde ponytail constantly complaining ruins the relaxing atmosphere.
