I like the egg bites and other bakery items, decent specialty coffee. But this location is one of the locations I don’t care for. Even out of season they can’t manage the volume. Today, stood in line 15 minutes with ONE person in front of me and finally walked out. Poor volume management.
says online that they open at 5am so i came here before work on 8/27 and the employees were just getting here as i was pulling in. wasn’t able to get my coffee order until 530 cause they were late i guess. when they served my boyfriend the coffee they just put it down and didn’t say here or anything
This specific Starbucks in Rio Grande, New Jersey, employs some of the rudest young adults you’ll ever run into. They don’t ask questions there’s space cadets. I ordered a hot coffee, coffee, and a cold coffee sat down in the chair and waited and waited and waited until I got up and asked where my coffee was. Another major complaint is that when light ice is requested, the cup is filled 95% with ice, leaving only a few sips of a watered-down drink. Additionally, overhearing an employee with a dark blonde ponytail constantly complaining ruins the relaxing atmosphere.
